El documento D01 se considera el más próximo del estado de la técnica al objeto de la invención reivindicada en las reivindicaciones nº 1, 2, 4 y 6 (las referencias y comentarios entre paréntesis corresponden a este documento). Con respecto a las características descritas en la reivindicación nº 2, el documento D01 divulga que el primer tacón (120) es fijo a la suela tal y como se puede apreciar en las figuras y a la luz de la descripción (párrafo 11). Con respecto a la reivindicación nº 4, el documento D01 describe un calzado donde los medios de acoplamiento (200) consisten en un dispositivo de unión a presión (descripción, párrafo 35). Con respecto a la reivindicación nº 6 el documento D01 divulga que la zona intermedia de la suela entre el puente y la zona delantera está dotada de una pluralidad de hendiduras transversales (142, 146) separadas entre sí (descripción, párrafo 25) Por tanto la invención definida en las reivindicaciones nº 1, 2, 4 y 6 no difieren de la técnica conocida descrita en el documento D01 en ninguna forma esencial. Por lo tanto, la invención según dichas reivindicaciones no se considera que implique actividad inventiva y no satisfacen el criterio establecido en el Artículo 8.1 de la Ley 11/86 de 20 de marzo de Patentes. La reivindicación nº 3 divulga un calzado donde el segundo tacón presenta en la parte superior un alojamiento en el cual se ubica el primer tacón cuando dicho segundo tacón está montado en la suela. En el documento D02 se describe un segundo tacón (12) que presenta en su parte superior un alojamiento (5) en el cual se ubica un primer tacón cuando dicho segundo tacón está montado en la suela (figuras). Estas características proporcionan las mismas ventajas que la presente solicitud. En relación a las reivindicaciones nº 9, 10, 11, 12 y 13, el documento D04 se considera el más cercano al estado de la técnica, el cual divulga una plantilla (1) que comprende una primera capa superior (2), una segunda capa intermedia (4) y una tercera capa inferior (3), características éstas divulgadas en la reivindicación nº 9. Con respecto la reivindicación nº 10, el documento D04 divulga que la primera capa superior (2) es una capa de cuero pegada a la segunda capa intermedia (4) en la zona del talón (descripción página 2, líneas 7 a 10). El hecho de que la reivindicación nº 10 divulgue que dicha capa es de algodón se considera que esta característica de diseño es una mera ejecución particular obvia para un experto en la materia. Con respecto a la reivindicación nº 11, el documento D04 describe que la segunda capa intermedia está dotada de una lámina metálica dispuesta a lo largo del talón y del puente (página 3, líneas 17-18, figuras 1 y 2). Con respecto a la reivindicación nº 12, D04 divulga que la tercera capa inferior (3) es una capa de material elástico adherida a la segunda capa intermedia desde el talón a la zona delantera (ver figuras); y finalmente en relación a la reivindicación nº 13, el documento D04 divulga que en la zona donde no se extiende la capa intermedia (4) hay un espacio a rellenar (6) (descripción, página 2, línea 16 a 18). Se considera que un experto en la materia intentaría combinar las partes principales del documento D01 con el documento D04 para obtener las características de las reivindicaciones nº 9, 10, 11, 12 y 13 y tener una expectativa razonable de éxito.
