Abstract
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the shoe industry and orthopedic devices, in particular to the construction of the sole for orthopedic shoes, and can be used in the manufacture of shoes and prosthetic and orthopedic products.
State of the art
13/12, 22.06.2009.(2)).Known orthopedic shoes containing the top, berets above the ankles with lacing, the sole and high hard back, located outside the procurement outside, in the form of a single block with the sole (Description of the invention to the USSR copyright certificate No. 1340758, Cl. A61F 5/14, 08/07/1985 (1 )). The closest analogue of the present invention is the sole for the low shoes, in particular for shoes, the substrate of which rises vertically from the field side and from the inside to support the foot through the use of supporting structures that provide the medial upper part of the arch of the foot with elastic and adjustable support. The supporting effect is achieved due to the fact that the PU substrate material has sufficient mechanical strength to exert a stabilizing effect. The height in the vertical direction of the supporting structure extends up to or above half of the scaphoid and medial sphenoid bone, and extends in the longitudinal direction approximately to the beginning of the first metatarsal phalanx (Description of the invention to RF patent No. 2489069, АВВ 13/12, 06/22/2009. (2 )).
Reasons that prevent obtaining the desired result
The disadvantage of technical solution (1) is that the rigid back made as a single block with the sole does not provide lateral support of the foot and does not allow changing the shape and size of the supporting structure depending on the deformation of the foot, which narrows the scope of this shoe.
The disadvantage of technical solution (2) is that the supporting structures are an integrated part of the substrate, attached to the top of the shoe during the injection of polyurethane (PU), and have the same material characteristics as PU, and thus can exert pressure on the top and on the arch of the foot, providing additional support immediately after the collision of the heel with the ground, sufficient in sports shoes (sneakers) and not sufficient for lateral support of the deformed foot in orthopedic shoes. In addition, there is no possibility of change due to the use of replaceable elements of the shape and size of the supporting structure, depending on the deformation of the foot.
The technical task of the invention is to ensure the correct setting of the deformed foot and lateral support of the foot in orthopedic shoes.
The problem is solved as follows.
Modifiable orthopedic sole, which is a prefabricated block consisting of a sole made of thermoplastic material and mounted on a non-walking surface of the sole of the liner, while the removable liner is made with wings in the form of sides in the alternating part of the sole having different heights on the inside and outside, the liner is installed in a figured recess of the non-walking surface of the sole and is fixed with glue and pins that go into the holes of the lower base layer of the sole and hooks. The wings of the liner are made with the possibility of location on the side surface of the upper shoe.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The assembly block of the sole consists of the main sole, molded from a thermoplastic material, in the upper part of which a figured recess is made, into which one of a set of replaceable inserts made of thermoplastic material of increased rigidity is inserted, which are selected in shape and size depending on the nature and severity foot deformities and other diagnostic indicators. The sole and liner are connected using hooks and glue-coated pins to ensure structural strength. The insert has two wings of different heights, which are additional sides in the alternating part of the sole. Achievement of the technical result - increasing the stability of the deformable foot in orthopedic shoes is due to the wings of the liner, which do not allow the foot in the shoe to oscillate in the transverse direction, to which the foot is predisposed as a result of the disease. The liner wing located on the inside of the foot has, in most cases, a greater height than on the outside, due to the anatomical structure of the foot in the alternating part.

Design description
MODIFIED ORTHOPEDIC SOLE with interchangeable liner (Fig. 1-2), which is a prefabricated block consisting of a sole 1 made of thermoplastic material and installed in a curved notch on a non-walking surface of the sole 1, insert 2 of a thermoplastic material of increased rigidity, whose wings extend on the side surface of the upper shoe.
As a material for an insert, a thermoplastic material of increased rigidity with a Shore density of 85-92 units, taken from a series of thermoplastic polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, is used. ABS plastic.
The sole and liner are connected using hooks and glue-coated pins to ensure structural strength. Before attaching the sole to the footprint of the shoe, the liner selected according to the required parameters is installed in the figured recess of the non-walking surface of the sole and fixed with glue and pins that go into the holes of the lower base layer of the sole and hooks.
In order to ensure the anatomically correct positioning and positioning of the deformed foot in the shoe, to provide lateral support of the foot in the shoe and to increase the stiffness of the tibia of the orthopedic shoe, the
Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention
The sole and liner can be made by casting on commercially available molding units for molded parts of the bottom of the shoe. Assembling the sole block and the liner is a simple two-step process performed in the shops of a shoe company. The assembly of shoes, consisting of fastened soles and inserts, and a workpiece upper, tightened to the block, is carried out by the usual adhesive method of fastening.
The invention allows to ensure the correct setting and lateral support of the foot in shoes, to increase the rigidity of the tibia of orthopedic shoes, to reduce the complexity due to the progressive method of manufacturing a modified sole and removable insert and their assembly.
