Description
The utility model relates to the light industry, namely the shoe industry, and can be used to manufacture shoe soles.
It is known that the function of modern women's shoes with heels is not to provide healthy and comfortable conditions for the foot, but exclusively to create an attractive appearance. Models of classic women's shoes with heels are based on raising the heel of the foot to the height of the heel, and the higher the heel, the more elegant the foot looks. This leads to a shift in the center of gravity of the body of a person wearing such shoes to the forefoot and deformation of the Achilles tendon, while the spine takes on a more pronounced S-shaped shape, which increases the likelihood of herniated intervertebral and cervical discs.
A number of solutions are known in the art for providing inlays for high heels, such as, for example, a shoe liner having a front flatter portion for supporting the forefoot and a mid portion with a maximum thickness of about 1/4 inch (6 mm) (Patent USA 4631841, publ. 30.12.1986). Also known is a model of high-heeled footwear, in which the supporting surface of the heel area has a smaller downward slope than that of conventional high-heeled shoes, and the front portion of the base of the shoe has a slightly raised top (US Patent 5782015, publ. 07.21.1998). These solutions are aimed at reducing the discomfort that occurs when wearing high-heeled shoes, but do not solve the problem of uneven distribution of body weight between the forefoot and the back of the foot and the resulting loads on the human musculoskeletal system.
Also known is the sole of a shoe, made at the same time with a tide of polyurethane to the top of the shoe, containing a toe, a heel part, a heel part with a molded back and having protrusions and depressions on the running surface, forming a relief pattern. The height of the molded heel of the known sole along the vertical axis is 115 mm, the height of the valleys of the running surface of the heel is made with a smooth increase to the rear seam of the upper part of the shoe, the molded heel is made with a lateral relief in the form of two smoothly curved lines repeating the extreme line of the running surface of the sole, passing in the welt of the shank part, which in the toe part passes into a welded rim, 8 mm in size, overlapping the toe surface of the shoe (RF Patent 62325, publ. 10.04.2007, bull. No. 10). This solution solves the problem of increasing the comfort when wearing shoes and, mainly, its wear resistance, however, the known sole does not create an aesthetically pleasing appearance of the user's foot, as with a heel, and cannot be used to create healthy and comfortable conditions for the foot in high-heeled shoes.
The technical result, which is achieved by using the proposed utility model, is that when wearing shoes that have an attractive appearance like a heel, the user's foot has an anatomically correct position in the shoe, the body weight is evenly distributed over all parts of the foot, without shifting the center of gravity body on the forefoot and without putting stress on the spine.
To achieve the specified technical result, a sole for shoes is proposed, containing a toe, intermediate and heel parts, while the heel part is made in the form of a heel, in which a technological recess is formed in such a way that a back is formed that repeats the anatomical contours of the heel part of the user's foot and fixes it, the toe part of the sole is made in the form of a platform, with an excess of the height of the lower part of the heel over the height of the platform in the range from 0 to 2 cm. The height of the heel can be at least half of the total height of the heel. The lower part of the heel can be made full-bodied.
The essence of the utility model is illustrated by drawings: FIG. 1 shows a right side view of the inventive sole, FIG. 2 - heel (heel) of the sole, in Fig. 3 - an example of using a sole with a shoe toe, where:

4 - platform (forefoot)
4.The sole for shoes contains a heel part made in the form of a heel. A technological recess is formed in the heel, which forms the
The utility model is used as follows.
The claimed sole is integrated with any shoe sock on a set-in insole by placing the heel part of the shoe sock in the
1. Example 1.
The sole is sewn to the shoe sock on a set-in insole, while the heel has a height of 7 cm, the height of the lower part of the heel is 3 cm and is equal to the height of the toe - the platform. The user's foot is located in the technological recess, the heel well fixes the heel of the foot. At the same time, the foot is located on a flat surface, the user's body weight is distributed evenly over the surface of the foot - thus, healthy and comfortable conditions are provided when wearing shoes, while creating an attractive appearance of the foot like a heel.
2. Example 2.
The sole is sewn to a shoe sock on a set-in insole, while the heel is 6 cm high, the lower part of the heel is 3 cm high, the platform is 2 cm high. The user's foot is located in a technological recess in the heel, the heel counter securely fixes the heel of the foot. The heel of the user's foot is raised relative to the toe of the foot, placed on the platform, by 1 cm, which corresponds to the range of the natural lift of the human foot. This contributes to a relatively even distribution of a person's weight over the surface of the foot, without overloading its front part. Thus, a comfortable and healthy environment for the user's foot and an attractive heel-like appearance are created.
3.Example 3.
The sole is glued to the shoe sock on a set-in insole, while the heel has a height of 7 cm, the height of the lower part of the heel is 4 cm, the platform has a height of 2 cm. The foot is placed in a technological recess, the heel part of the foot is fixed by the back. At the same time, the heel of the foot is raised relative to the toe by 2 cm, which corresponds to the range of the height of the natural rise of the human foot, and does not create additional loads on the musculoskeletal system, without causing various deformations. This creates an attractive heel-like leg appearance.
The use of the sole of the declared design allows you to exclude the traditionally high rise of the foot, which exists in all models of shoes with heels, and to position the user's foot anatomically correctly, just like in any shoes with a flat sole or with a small heel, while visually the shoes will look like on high heels. The use of a technological recess that forms the heel counter, repeating the anatomical contours of the user's foot and fixing it, also provides anatomically correct positioning of the foot, replacing the traditional solution aimed at strengthening the heel to fix the heel of the foot. Thus, the claimed solution visually creates an attractive appearance of a foot in a shoe like a heel, but at the same time the user's body weight is distributed evenly over the surface of the foot, eliminating the load on the spine and deformation of any parts of the user's musculoskeletal system.
No technical solutions have been identified that coincide with the set of essential features of the claimed utility model, which makes it possible to conclude that the claimed utility model complies with such a condition of patentability as "novelty".
