Abstract

Dispositivo de llenado de recipiente para gas licuado constituído por una válvula de seguridad fijada permanentemente sobre el recipiente y un conjunto de llenado amovible adaptable a dicha válvula, caracterizado porque, por una parte, la válvula de seguridad tiene una válvula hueca de líquido aplicada por un resorte contra una junta llevada por el cuerpo de dicha válvula de seguridad, estando provista dicha válvula de líquido en su base de un manguito que forma tapón atravesado por un conducto capaz de ser obturado por la cola de una válvula de gas para un sentido de desplazamiento de esta mientras que en el otro sentido dicha válvula de gas es empujada por un resorte contra una junta llevada por la válvula de líquido y asegurando con esta última el cierre del recipiente, estando atravesado dicho manguito, además por un tubo cuyo extremo abierto está situado al nivel de seguridad fijado como nivel límite para el líquido en el recipiente, estando provisto además dicha válvula de líquido, en su parte superior, de un órgano de enganche y, por otra parte, el conjunto de llenado amovible tiene: un cuerpo que comprende una base y un sombrerete y que se adapta de manera estanca sobre la válvula de seguridad; una válvula alojada en el cuerpo y aplicada por un resorte contra una junta situada en la parte inferior de la base para impedir el paso del líquido; un émbolo hueco corredizo en dicho sombrerete y dicha válvula y que lleva en su parte superior un mano reductor de tipo conocido; un tubo de paso del gas prolongado por una embocadura y alojado en el interior del émbolo y solidario de éste, teniendo dicha embocadura un órgano de enganche capaz de cooperar con el órgano de enganche de la válvula de líquido de la válvula de seguridad; una espiga alojada en dicha embocadura y que sale de ésta bajo el empuje de un resorte, estando destinada dicha espiga a rechazar la válvula de gas de la válvula de seguridad para separar dicha válvula de gas de su asiento y simultáneamente cerrar con su cola el conducto del manguito inferior de la válvula; levas montadas a pivotamiento sobre dicho émbolo para mantenerlo en dos posiciones extremas de hundimiento en la base y el sombrerete del conjunto de llenado; una tetina de unión montada sobre dicho émbolo y que desemboca en este último para permitir hacer comunicar al interior de dicho émbolo con el depósito de almacenamiento del gas licuado a admitir a través del dispositivo; un sistema de enganche que tiene un primer elemento llevado por un vástago solidario de la membrana del mano reductor y un segundo elemento llevado por una palanca solidaria de las levas de accionamiento de dicho émbolo, pudiendo estar enganchados dichos elementos para mantener por medio de las levas del émbolo en su posición alta que permite la operación de llenado del recipiente y separándose dichos elementos cuando la presión de los gases aumenta en el mano reductor, para dejar al émbolo volver a su posición baja de cierre cuando el recipiente está lleno.
