Abstract
Un dispositivo electrónico inteligente puede proporcionar una protección contra fallos de conexión a tierra a componentes de un sistema de suministro de energía eléctrica usando un comparador de amplitud y un comparador de ángulo de fase, configurados para detectar fallos de manera independiente. El IED puede incluir una lógica de selección configurada para seleccionar la salida de uno del comparador de ángulo de fase y el comparador de amplitud, con la exclusión del otro, en base a las condiciones del sistema.
