Abstract

Juego de cuchillas perfeccionado para un dispositivo de desmenuzamiento de alimentos; accionado por motor eléctrico constituido por dos anillos de corte que están dispuestos concéntricamente el uno en el otro y con giratorios relativamente en sentido opuesto entre síllevando los mismos unos dientes que están orientados axialmente y que entre si forman unas rendijas axialesencontrándose fijo sobre por lo menos uno de los dos anillos de corte un perfil de corte de metal duro o análogocaracterizado porque cada perfil de corte está realizado en forma de placa y el mismo se topa por completo el diente agregado al mismoen su caradirigido hacia la rendija anular entre los dos anillos de corteestando practicado uno de los dos cantos axiales del perfil de cortesituados en la referida rendija anularen forma de filo cortantemientras que el otro canto axial constituye junto con el filo cortante del siguiente perfil de corte un hueco de corte.
