Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento de producción de plantas haploides H, dobles haploides HD y/o dihaploides DH, siendo las HD y DH homocigotas o esencialmente homocigotas, siendo este un tipo de procedimiento que concierne a la técnica de la ginogénesis inducida por polen irradiado. Este procedimiento comprende una etapa de irradiación del material reproductor del parental masculino con una dosis comprendida entre 160 y 190 rayos gamma y/o una etapa de selección de las plantas haploides H y/o DH mediante la utilización de marcador(es) molecular(es). La invención también se refiere a un procedimiento de producción de plantas haploides, dobles haploides y/o dihaploides homocigotas que comprende una etapa de determinación de la (o de las) dosis de irradiación adecuada(s) para aumentar los rendimientos de dichas plantas en función de múltiples factores dados como la especie vegetal, los genotipos del parental masculino y del parental femenino, las condiciones climáticas y fisiológicas, el momento de la cosecha de los frutos, el nivel de crecimiento de los embriones recogidos con vista a su cultivo, el nivel de desarrollo de los embriones puestos en cultivo. Por otra parte, la invención se refiere a el (los) marcador(es) molecular(es) utilizado(s) en la etapa de selección así como a los embriones haploides, los embriones dihaploides obtenidos por el procedimiento de la invención, la descendencia y las semillas de las plantas obtenidas por el procedimiento de la invención.
