Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement El objeto de la solicitud de patente de invención es, de acuerdo con el contenido de la reivindicación 1, un contenedor para recipientes que comprende una estructura rígida hueca definida por al menos una pared vertical que parte del perímetro de una bandeja inferior horizontal que a su vez comprende una serie de alojamientos definidos en el interior del área delimitada por la bandeja inferior mediante compartimentación creada mediante paredes verticales destinadas a albergar los recipientes y que comprende al menos un interruptor que se encuentra ubicado en, al menos, uno de los alojamientos y que se encuentra conectado a una fuente de energía y a, al menos, unos medios de visualización electrónicos ubicados en, al menos, una cara exterior de, al menos, una de las paredes y que, a su vez, se encuentran conectados a unos medios de almacenamiento que comprenden contenido multimedia siendo dichos medios de visualización, operativos para reproducir dicho contenido multimedia. Adicionalmente, de manera resumida, la solicitud incluye que el interruptor se encuentra adaptado para accionar los medios de visualización para reproducir contenido multimedia al accionar dicho interruptor mediante contacto producido por inserción de un recipiente en el alojamiento donde se encuentra respectivamente ubicado el interruptor (reivindicación 2); que los medios de visualización electrónicos se encuentran definidos por pantallas planas que se seleccionan de entre LCD, plasma, LED, OLED y TFT (reivindicación 3); que la fuente de energía es una batería recargable (reivindicación 4); que los alojamientos tienen una forma esencialmente coincidente con aquella de los recipientes de tal manera que impiden el movimiento de éstos excepto en el eje vertical una vez insertados en los alojamientos (reivindicación 5); que los interruptores se encuentran ubicados en, al menos, una de las paredes verticales de, al menos, uno de los alojamientos y se encuentran adaptados para su accionamiento al contacto del recipiente al ser insertado en el alojamiento (reivindicación 6); que los interruptores se encuentran ubicados en una base horizontal de los alojamientos y se encuentran adaptados, para su accionamiento, al contacto del recipiente al ser insertado en el alojamiento (reivindicación 7); las paredes verticales de los alojamientos tienen dimensiones inferiores a las de las paredes de la estructura rígida (reivindicación 8); la fuente de energía se encuentra ubicada en una zona interior delimitada por las paredes de la estructura (reivindicación 9); adicionalmente comprende una serie de medios de fijación del recipiente ubicados en los alojamientos destinados a fijar, al menos temporalmente, el recipiente en el interior de dicho alojamiento una vez insertado en el mismo (reivindicación 10); el interruptor se encuentra asociado a los medios de fijación de tal manera que dicho interruptor actúa cuando actúan los medios de fijación (reivindicación 11); los medios de fijación se encuentran definidos por, al menos, una ventosa ubicada en la porción de la base delimitada en el alojamiento (reivindicación 12); la ventosa comprende un cuerpo semiesférico hueco del que parte un tronco hueco esencialmente cilíndrico en el cual se encuentra definido un fuelle, tronco que se ensancha en su parte inferior para definir una base en el interior de la cual se encuentra ubicado el interruptor; donde por el interior del tronco y del cuerpo semiesférico se encuentra ubicada, de manera coaxial a dichos elementos, una canalización de salida de aire que parte de la base y tiene una longitud delimitada por un borde del cuerpo semiesférico (reivindicación 13); la base es circular (reivindicación 14); el interruptor es de tipo membrana que comprende al menos dos placas curvadas que entran en contacto al ser presionada al menos una de ellas, actuando así el interruptor (reivindicación 15); comprende un asa ubicada en la parte externa de la base destinada a alojar la mano de un usuario para mayor sujeción del contenedor (reivindicación 16). Los documentos D01-D08 sólo reflejan el estado de la técnica. El documento D01 muestra una bandeja para servir bebida en un bar, sin embargo, no muestra una configuración, similar o equivalente, al contenedor para recipientes de la solicitud. Las mismas consideraciones aplican para los documentos D02 a D08. Ninguno se dichos documentos muestra una disposición como la descrita en las reivindicaciones 1 a 16 y en consecuencia no pueden ser considerados como anterioridades. Por otra parte no resulta obvio que, a partir de dichos documentos, un experto en la materia pudiera concebir un contenedor para recipientes con las características mencionadas en dichas reivindicaciones. La invención divulgada a través del contenido de las reivindicaciones 1 a 16 parece aportar mejoras evidentes sobre lo ya conocido en el campo de los contenedores para recipientes y por tanto se puede considerar que es nueva (Art. 6, Ley 11/1986 de Patentes) e implica actividad inventiva (Art. 8, Ley 11/1986 de Patentes).
