Abstract

The invention relates to a cigarette packet display-dispenser comprising at least one main structure consisting of two supporting columns (5) interconnected by means of a rear frame (3 and 4) and a plurality of rear panels (1 and 2), which allow the coupling of at least one advertising tray with lighting (6 and 7). Furthermore, a plurality of dispensing trays with lighting (9 and 10) are attached to one of the rear panels (3 and 4), said rear panel allowing for the attachment of at least one advertising cube with lighting (11). An upper advertising board (12) is attached to the supporting columns and two advertising poles (13) are attached to each side of said supporting columns (5), where half of said cigarette packet display can consist of fixed or mobile hatches with or without lighting.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently a plurality of display-dispensers for cigarette packs are used, among the most common are those referring to the "racks", where the main body of the display is formed by a tubular structure (usually wire) that comprise a plurality of "trays" that house by means of rails formed therein, a plurality of cigarette packs that are pushed forward by gravity; said exhibitors comprise a "tuft" for advertising commonly in the upper part, which is formed as part of the same structure (usually of wire) leaving a simple and unimpressive space for the placement of advertising posters or brands.

Another type of display of cigarette packs known is the one referring to the display of cigarette packs consisting of a transparent (usually acrylic) transparent or colored plastic structure of substantially rectangular shape, which have an upper access opening for the entry of the Cigarette packs to be dispensed, said exhibitors have a lower opening commonly with the same dimensions as the cigarette packs which allows consumers free access to products, so once the pack of cigarettes is taken, the rest of them falls into the dispensing opening by gravity; With reference to advertising, it is only used on the main body of the structure of the dispenser which makes the use impossible. Still another type of display of cigarette packs has to do with the displays formed by a hanging structure in the form of a regular polygon which has an upper part for advertising or brand stamping that comprises a folding door at its lower end. which, when opened, releases a cigarette pack dispensing system consisting of a plurality of rails that are deployed outwards by a mechanical system of hinges and springs that act by gravity.

There is a wide variety of exhibitors and dispensers of cigarette packs; however, none of these provides a striking and functional appearance like that of the exhibitor and dispenser proposed; exhibitors-dispensers of packs of cigarettes currently existing, require a large number of elements to achieve its operation; Also, none of them shows a specific structure that allows you to take the boxes quickly and easily, as well as a striking structure that allows you to attach advertising posters and images of the products to be displayed. On the other hand, the exhibitors and dispensers commonly used, are composed of a complex and impractical ejector system, since they require the use of both hands to obtain the product, moreover, in some exhibitors it is necessary to remove and hold with one hand the rail of the dispensing mechanism while with the other hand it is necessary to lift some cover element to access the product; Other exhibitors commonly used in the market include displays or dispensers formed by simple and unstable structures that do not allow to be placed on a hanging wall or on a counter; finally, the commonly used dispensers or exhibitors only allow to host a small and simple price or advertising poster, making these little appealing to consumers of the product. There are currently several proposals for exhibitors or dispensers. For example, Mexican patent application No. MX 2011005138 A, describes a "rack" for dispensing food items by gravity formed by a shelf comprising a floor and two wall ends at each side end. Said "rack" also said invention has a lower support that fulfills the support function preventing the oscillatory movement of the structure; a top bumper joined by two lateral support arms serves as spectacular to place advertising or brands inside. A disadvantage of the display shown in patent application No. MX 2011005138 A, is focused on the dispensing of food items whereby the storage tray has a flat surface not suitable for cigarette packs; likewise, said structure only allows the trays to be accommodated in a vertical position, restricting their versatility, with respect to the spaces for placing advertisements or brands, these are restricted to only two irregularly lateral ends that are restricted to a specific type of advertising; on the other hand, the upper "tuft" does not allow samples of products as in the present invention. Finally, said structure does not have lighting of the appropriate arrangement to place it.

US7954648 B2 describes a cigar pack display system that has a removable hitch mechanism and a frame that serves as a support for a plurality of trays that can be voluntarily attached or removable to define a vertical or horizontal arrangement thereof. However, said patent US7954648 B2 does not comprise a free flat area in which advertising or trademarks of the products to be displayed are allowed; Likewise, it does not provide a structure for the accommodation of a lighting system such as that contemplated in the invention of the present application.

Patent application EP1806076 A3 describes an apparatus for dispensing cigarette packs by means of a driving mechanism which comprises a rail on which a driving element is moved by means of a spring, whereby the cigarette packs are pushed towards a free end comprising a stop that prevents the pack to be dispensed from falling out of the device, directing it towards a lower area that allows the consumer to take the pack and remove it out of the device. However, said patent EP1806076 A3, does not show a hinge mechanism that allows easy access to the cigar pack without the need for a drive mechanism that requires larger dimensions for its operation, which would not allow its arrangement on the support frame wall; furthermore, said dispenser shown in EP1806076 A3 does not contain an access for the placement of sample cigarette packs.

The patent application JP2003265278 A describes a cigar pack dispenser display which is formed by a triangular shaped box, which has on one of its sides an opening that allows to house inside a second substantially rectangular box that allows the arrangement of cigarette packs inside and which are released from the display by gravity. Said invention shown in the patent JP2003265278 A, describes a simple and deficient mechanism against the invention of the present application since the dispensing of the packs is carried out by gravity and not by some driving means which restricts the use of said display as it only allows one accommodation; It also does not show a striking appearance or lighting that captures the attention of customers.

None of the aforementioned documents describe a display of cigarette packs comprising a support frame that allows the tray to be placed vertically and horizontally in a removable manner, which in turn facilitates the coupling of rails formed by a drive system and a gate mobile that facilitates access to cigarette packs and serves as an display for a sample pack; Likewise, no document shows a lighting system or promotional cubes that capture the attention of the consumer. There is, therefore, the need for a cigar pack display and dispenser that overcomes all the disadvantages of exhibitors developed in the past.

OBJECTIVES

The main objective of the present invention is: to provide a cigar pack display and dispenser that provides a rear panel attached to a support frame that allows a plurality of dispensing trays and promotional trays that can comprise an illuminated half to be coupled thereon. mobile and a fixed half-no light.

The second objective of the present invention is: to provide a cigar pack display and dispenser that allows a plurality of panels to be coupled to each other, so that the required space is satisfied.

The third objective of the present invention is: to provide a display and dispenser of cigarette packs that allow the use of a column and support frame for each rear panel.

The fourth objective of the present invention is to provide a display and dispenser of cigarette packs comprising a plurality of promotional "cubes" that can be attached to any part of the rear panels. The fifth objective of the present invention is: to provide a display and dispenser of cigarette packs comprising a promotional pouch.

The sixth objective of the present invention is: to provide a display and dispenser of cigarette packs comprising promotional side posts. The seventh objective of the present invention is to provide a display and dispenser of cigarette packs comprising a driving mechanism for cigarette packs.

The eighth objective of the present invention is to provide a display and dispenser of cigarette packs comprising a mobile gate that allows easy access to the cigarette packs and which in turn allows the housing of cigar packs shows to serve as promotional .

The ninth objective of the present invention is: to provide a display and dispenser of cigarette packs that allow a luminous sign to be housed in the upper part of the display. The tenth objective of the present invention is: to provide a display and dispenser of cigarette packs that allow the installation of a lighting system in the mobile gates.

The eleventh objective of the present invention is: to provide a display and dispenser of cigarette packs that allow the use of a clamping system that allows the dispensing trays to be easily and quickly coupled and detached.

With respect to Figure 10a, the main body (10a), the support plates (10b) can be seen more clearly; retaining hooks (10g) and reinforcing posts (10c); as well as the drive mechanism (14) and the light box (10d). Finally, Figure 10b shows an exploded view of the long dispensing tray (10), the drive mechanism (14), the light box (10d), the clamping hooks (10g) and the mobile gate (said mobile gate will be described later).
