This type of people transport space has, in general, indeed been very successful in the past, but it has the disadvantage that the interior space of the people transport space is not accessible to people injured or injured in accidents, since that often, by virtue of personal deterioration, these people do not have many times the possibility of climbing the ladder and accessing the entrance platform.

The purpose of the invention is to indicate a mobile sanitary space, which offers an improved entrance especially for people injured and injured in accidents.

This task is solved in a mobile sanitary space of the type mentioned at the beginning, as claimed, because the entrance platform is arranged mobile up and down through an ascending device.

The distance of the entrance platform with respect to the roadway can be modified through the climbing device, so that, for example, in the case of disabled people, the height of the entrance platform can be reduced above the roadway of the transport vehicle, such that the entrance platform is also passable for such persons. It is not necessary for the person to save all the difference in height between the roadway and the entrance opening of the sanitary space itself, which is placed higher.

An advantageous configuration of the invention from the point of view of simple manipulation provides that the entrance platform and / or the ascent device are arranged at the entrance door, whereby the input platform and the ascent device are located , once the entrance of the entrance door is made, already in a position in front of the entrance opening of the sanitary space.

In an advantageous development from the point of view of construction, it is proposed that the entrance platform be pivotally fixed in the entrance door, so that the entrance platform is supported, in the closed position of the door of entrance, at the entrance door and forms a right angle with the entrance door in the open position of the entrance door. Through the pivotable mobile arrangement of the entrance platform at the entrance door, when the entrance door is closed, a space-saving housing of the entrance platform inside the sanitary space is obtained. After opening the entrance door, the entrance platform can then be brought with few manipulations through a simple articulation movement to the essentially horizontal entry position.

In another development, it is proposed that the entrance platform has at least one, preferably two reception rails for the reception of a stretcher. With the help of such reception lanes they can also be taken to

A configuration is advantageous, according to which the reception lane is telescopically extensible, whereby, in the case of comparatively small entrance platforms, longer reception lanes can be made.

In addition, it is proposed that one or more rest areas be arranged inside the sanitary space for the reception of stretchers. Those injured in an accident, injured or ill can be taken with the help of a stretcher through the entrance platform inside the sanitary space, where they are then housed together with the stretcher on corresponding rest areas for transport or for a medical assistance.

In this context it is advantageous that the rest areas are arranged, maintaining a corridor, on both sides of the entrance opening. The corridor forms a kind of free space, from which health personnel can medically care for those injured or injured in accidents.

The use of the space that is available inside the sanitary space is advantageous when the beds are placed superimposed as bunk beds.

Another configuration provides that the entrance platform is mobile from a reception position close to the ground to a higher placed introduction position, in which injured or injured persons can be easily carried into the sanitary space.

In addition, it is proposed that the entrance platform and resting areas can be brought into alignment with each other in the introduction position, so that the stretchers placed in the introduction position on the entry platform can be carried easily to the rest areas.

In this context, it is also proposed that the entrance platform and / or rest areas be pivotable around essentially vertical extending axes. Through an articulation around these axes, the entrance platform or the rails arranged in it can be brought in alignment with the rest areas.

From the point of view of construction, a configuration is advantageous, according to which the rest areas are mobile in translation. Through the translation movement of the resting areas in the direction of the passage and the next joint around the axis of vertical articulation, the stretchers can be brought to a favorable position for the introduction of the injured persons. The rest areas for transport can then be brought back to a position close to the wall, so that the passage provided between the rest areas remains free for the treatment of people.

Finally, it is proposed that the reception rails of the entrance platform can be brought to the level introduction position with lanes provided on the stretchers. In this way, stretchers received in the reception lanes of the entrance platform can be moved on corresponding lanes of the entrance areas, without the stretcher having to be lifted to that end by the health personnel.

To ensure sufficient protection during use in areas in crisis, the mobile sanitary space 1 is ballistically protected by means of armored steel plates.

As can be recognized, in addition, in Figure 1, the sanitary space 1 is passable through an entrance door 2 which is realized protected in the same way ballistically. The entrance door 2 has a height, in general, of approximately 1.8 m above the base surface of the vehicle 50, which hinders and, in part, makes it impossible to enter the interior of the sanitary container 1 especially for people who must be medically treated. To facilitate such persons entry into the sanitary space 1, an elevator device 5 is provided in the area of the entrance door 2, which is explained in detail below.

In figures 2a to 2d, the entrance door 2 of the sanitary space 1 in the open position is shown. In this position, the entrance door 2 is articulated approximately 90 ° with respect to the inner wall of the sanitary space 1 towards the outside, whereby the entrance opening 3 of the sanitary space 1 configured as a container is released. The lifting device 5 is provided on the entrance side to the entrance door 2, which is constituted by two essentially vertical lifting columns 5.1, 5.2 whose lower end is connected to the input platform 4, so that the entrance platform 4 can be moved up and down with respect to the road.

The lifting device 5 is driven, in the exemplary embodiment, by means of an electric drive, which drives the lifting columns 5.1 and 5.2 by means of a pinion that engages with a rack. Another electric drive may be provided for the articulation movements of the platform 4, which are still described in detail below. Alternatively, the use of pneumatic or hydraulic drives is also possible.

The entrance platform 4 is pivotally coupled to the entrance door 2 or to the lifting device 5. When the door 2 is closed, the entrance platform 4 extends parallel to the entrance door 2. The entrance platform entrance 4 rests on the inner side of the entrance door 2, so that it does not penetrate inside the sanitary space 1 when the entrance door 4 is closed. When the entrance door 2 is open, the entrance platform 4 can be pivoted in front of the entrance door 2 approximately 90 ° downwards to an entry position, after which the entrance platform 4 adopts the horizontal position shown in the Figure 2b, which forms approximately a right angle to the plane of the entrance door 2. The entrance platform 4 makes it easier for people to enter the interior of the sanitary container 1. People can save the height H through a climbing aid 12 configured as a ladder, which is pivoted from the rear wall of the sanitary space 1 and it can be brought to the position represented in figure 2c by means of the extraction of a lower element and can pass through the entrance platform 4 into the sanitary space 1. Figures 4a-4c and correspondingly in Figures 5a-5c show the process of receiving a

person to be transported lying on a stretcher 7. As already described, the stretcher 7 is placed first on the reception rails 6 of the entrance platform 4 lowered. At this reduced height the stretcher 7 can be deposited without major expense on the reception rails 6. The entrance platform 4 is then carried through the lifting device 5 and with this the person lying on the stretcher 7 a an introduction position, from which the person who must be medically treated in a simple manner can be carried inside the sanitary container 1. In figures 4b or 5b and 4c or 5c two different introduction positions are represented, which they are adapted to the height of resting areas 8 arranged inside the sanitary space for the reception of the stretchers 7, see also figure 12.

With the help of the lifting device 5, wounded, injured in accidents or optionally standing, sitting or lying at discretionary heights of the inlet opening 3 can be carried, without any other means of transport or handling being necessary.

As illustrated in the representation of Figure 6, the rest areas 8 are arranged in the area to the left and right next to the entrance door 2 in the lateral areas of the wall of the sanitary space 1, so that in The center of the mobile sanitary space 1 remains free of a corridor 10, through which the interior of the sanitary space 1 can be accessed and from which people injured or injured in accidents can be medically treated.

In the rest areas 8 these are housing elements in the form of a frame, on which the stretchers 7 can be safely deposited and can be moored in a safe position for transport.

The details of the introduction of the person to be medically treated in the sanitary space 1 from the introduction position according to the representation shown in figure 6 are explained below with the help of figures 8 to 10.

As shown in the representation shown in Figure 8, the input platform 4 is pivotally arranged around an axis that extends essentially vertically in the direction of the arrow S1.
