Object of the Invention

The present invention relates to a removable puller for the car of a zipper that allows an extension of the useful life of the car, improves its operability and constitutes an interchangeable distinctive element.

Background of the invention

Currently, cars or rack heads are known to run along it, and have a double entry for the two separate halves of the rack and an outlet for the two joined halves of the rack.

These rack cars have one or more handles for handling. Such handles are normally articulated to a bridge materialized in the car, and can also run along a channel in the case of some reversible zippers. In the case of several handles, these are usually reversible zippers that have a handle on each side.

The car may have brakes to immobilize its movement in at least one direction, such as the protruding teeth of the handle, which through a window interlock between the teeth of the rack, or springs for the same purpose, which are lifted by the pin of the zipper when pulling it.

These rack cars have the disadvantage that they are normally made of soft materials, which leads to the deterioration of the attachment of the handle to the rack carriage, forcing difficult and uncomfortable handling of it, and even impossible in case of reduced mobility in the fingers due to cold or disability.

Description of the invention

The removable puller for the zipper car of the invention has a constitution that allows to solve the inconveniences of the rack carriages.

In accordance with the invention, the handle has removable means for its attachment to the carriage, which are formally and dimensionally suitable to allow its interchangeable attachment to the carriage, and referring to the formal and dimensional adequacy to which they are easily operable, and usually without the need for machinery or special knowledge, by the end user of the garment.

Said removable means allow, in case of breakage of the connection with the rack carriage, the replacement by another handle, maintaining its operability in conditions of comfort and practicality.

In addition, the handle of the invention is usable not only in conditions of deterioration of the original handle, since it allows it to be mounted originally on the zipper to allow its disassembly and exchange by another handle that adopts and / or incorporates another more ergonomic configuration that facilitates the use by persons with disabilities, or by shooters who adopt and / or incorporate interchangeable customizable elements, such as figures or models of merchandising, or badges.

Description of the Preferred Embodiment

The handle (1) for the carriage (2) of a rack (3) of the invention comprises removable means for attachment to the carriage (2), which allows the assembly of a new handle (1) in case of deterioration of the attachment of the original handle (1) to the carriage (2).

Likewise, the invention has provided that the original handle (1) can incorporate said means for its interchangeable mounting at source, which allows on the one hand the choice of a handle (1) more comfortable to handle by the user of the garment, and on the other the personalization of the garment itself to the user's taste.

Said removable means are formally and dimensionally suitable to allow their interchangeable attachment to the car. In an exemplary embodiment of the invention shown in Figure 2, they take the form of a clamp (4) with removable ends (4a) to be inserted by the bridge (20) of the carriage (2). The configuration includes a recoverable flexible part (4b) that acts as a recovery spring to keep the clamp closed, once the handle has been placed.

In another exemplary embodiment shown in Figure 3, the removable means comprise a removable pin (5) fixed to the rest of the handle by any means, for example by fitting or by thread, as a screw.

Another example is shown in Figure 4, where the removable means comprise a carabiner (6) or practicable link.

In figures 2, 3 and 4 it can be seen how the handles incorporate different shapes (8), which allows the garment to be customized by changing the handle (1) of the carriage (2) of the rack (3). Likewise, the shooter himself could be configured to adopt such customizable or distinctive shapes.

For its part, the carriage (2) has a double inlet (21) for the two halves (3a, 3b) separated from the rack (3) and an outlet (22) for the two joined halves of the rack (3) , the body (23) of the car having a V-shaped constitution that separates the teeth on both sides of the rack to allow its union when it runs in the direction of advance, where both halves (3a, 3b) come together by the only exit (22), and its separation when it runs in the opposite direction, being able to have brakes, not represented, to immobilize its movement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, and since the description given corresponds only to preferred embodiments of the invention, it will be understood that within its essentiality multiple variations of detail may be introduced, also protected, which may affect the shape, size or the manufacturing materials of the assembly or its parts, without implying any alteration of the invention as a whole, delimited only by the claims provided in the following.
