Barril de gollete ancho de plástico termoplástico con una tapa desmontable fijada mediante un anillo elástico (13)en el borde de un barril y presenta un fondo de tapa (5) plano o ligeramente abovedado, con un borde de tapa (6)elevado para la fijación de la tapa (4) sobre el borde de barril (14), y una disposición de tubuladura de tapa (20) deuna tapa de llenado y vaciado (17) de la tapa (4) que puede ser cerrada mediante un tapón (19), desplazada desdeel punto central (18) de la tapa (4) hacia fuera, caracterizado porque el anillo elástico está fijado de tal manera queagarra tanto en un ribete (15) del cuerpo de barril (2) como en una brida anular (16) del borde exterior de tapa (7).

Description

Barril de gollete ancho de plástico termoplástico
La invención se refiere a un barril de gollete ancho de plástico termoplástico con una tapa desmontable y un cierre por anillo elástico (EP 0 781 234).
La invención tiene el objetivo de configurar de tal manera la tapa del barril de gollete ancho de tipo genérico que el sector de unión pueda ser realizado más pequeño y compacto, de modo que también el anillo de fijación pueda ser más pequeño.
Dicho objetivo se consigue de conformidad con la invención mediante un barril de gollete ancho con las características de la reivindicación 1.
Las reivindicaciones secundarias contienen perfeccionamientos ventajosos y apropiados de la invención.
La invención se explica a continuación mediante las figuras del dibujo, que representan lo siguiente:
La figura 1, una representación en perspectiva del nuevo barril de gollete ancho con tapa de barril y cierre por anillo elástico,
la figura 2, una vista en planta del barril y
la figura 3, una sección longitudinal parcial del barril según la línea III-III de la figura 2.
El barril de gollete ancho 1 de plástico termoplástico según la figura 1 tiene un cuerpo de barril 2 cilíndrico con una abertura superior de barril 3 que puede cerrarse mediante una tapa 4.
La tapa de barril 4 presenta un fondo plano 5 con un borde de tapa elevado 6 que está formado mediante un borde exterior 7 y un borde interior 8, así como una nervadura anular 9 que une uno con otro un borde exterior y un borde interior. El borde exterior y el borde interior 7, 8 de la tapa de barril 4 delimitan un espacio anular 10 abierto hacia abajo mediante una cama de sellado 11 en la que se introduce o espuma una junta de sellado 12. La tapa de barril 4 es fijada sobre el borde de abertura de barril 14 mediante un anillo de fijación 13 que agarra en un ribete 15 del cuerpo de barril 2, moldeado a distancia debajo del borde de abertura de barril 14, y en una brida anular 16 del borde exterior de la tapa 7, siendo la tapa de barril 4 sellada mediante la junta de tapa 12 contra el borde de abertura de barril 14 que penetra en el espacio anular 10 de la tapa de barril.
La tapa de barril 4 está provista de una tapa de llenado y vaciado 17, desplazada del punto central 18 de la tapa hacia fuera y cuya tubuladura de tapa 22, puede ser cerrada mediante un tapón 19, encima del ojo de barril 21 está moldeada al fondo plano de la tapa 5.
La tubuladura de tapa 20 de la tapa de llenado y vaciado 17 presenta un rosca interior de diente de sierra 22 de S70x6 para enroscar el tapón 19 provisto de una respectiva rosca exterior de diente de sierra 23, sellado mediante un capuchón de sellado 24 de acero provisto de dos tiras para apertura rápida 25.

Claims (3)

  1. REIVINDICACIONES
    1. Barril de gollete ancho de plástico termoplástico con una tapa desmontable fijada mediante un anillo elástico (13) en el borde de un barril y presenta un fondo de tapa (5) plano o ligeramente abovedado, con un borde de tapa (6)
    5 elevado para la fijación de la tapa (4) sobre el borde de barril (14), y una disposición de tubuladura de tapa (20) de una tapa de llenado y vaciado (17) de la tapa (4) que puede ser cerrada mediante un tapón (19), desplazada desde el punto central (18) de la tapa (4) hacia fuera, caracterizado porque el anillo elástico está fijado de tal manera que agarra tanto en un ribete (15) del cuerpo de barril (2) como en una brida anular (16) del borde exterior de tapa (7).
  2. 2. Barril de gollete ancho según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la tubuladora de tapa (20) presenta una
    10 rosca interior de dientes de sierra (22) de S70x6 para enroscar el tapón (19) provisto de una correspondiente rosca exterior de dientes de sierra (23).
  3. 3. Barril con gollete ancho según la reivindicación 1 o 2, caracterizado por un sellado del tapón (19) con un capuchón de sellado (24) de acero.
