Abstract
Grifo de obturación progresiva, que siendo especialmente aplicable en instalaciones tales como cocinas de gas y del tipo de los que el cuerpo de válvula es troncocónico, con un orificio. radial para entrada de gas desde la red de alimentación, siendo axial la salida de tal gas hacia el aparato de consumo, esencialmente se caracteriza porque la válvula de forma complementaria a la del tronco de cono que conforma el cuerpo de válvula, presenta en su superficie lateral un pequeño canal perpendicular a la generatriz de dicha válvula, siendo decreciente la profundidad de dicho canal, a medida que se aleja de la abertura existente en la superficie de la propia válvula para intercomunicar a su traves la entrada y salida del gas, habiéndose previsto que el extremo de menor profundidad del referido canal, desemboque en un orificio ciego en función de colector de la grasa de lubricación de la válvula.
