Abstract

Arqueta telescópica.#La arqueta está formada por dos cuerpos acoplados telescópicamente entre sí en forma de anillos (1) y (2), de manera tal que el anillo interior (2) es desplazable en elevación respecto al anillo interior (1), permitiendo con ello elevar la altura de la arqueta para compensar el grosor de la capa de asfalto que se puede realizar sobre la vía pública o calzada al que esté aplicada la arqueta propiamente dicha. The object of the invention is a telescopic arc.

When an asphalt road is paved, the ground-installed arches must be dismantled and subjected to a masonry work, in order to reach the new level of soil after asphalting; remaining on other occasions under the new asphalt layer.

The inventor intends to solve this problem, by means of a telescopic arc, that is, that can vary its height and adapt to the new level of the ground.

The request consists of 5 claims, the 1st being independent and the rest dependent.

The first claim meets the essential technical characteristics of the invention. The second claim relates to interlocking means. The third claim relates to alternative locking means. The 4th claim refers to the interlocking by threading. The 5th claim refers to the presence of a lid.

Of the documents cited in the State of the Art Report, the document closest to the invention is considered WO9936633 (D01).

D01 discloses a telescopic archer, which can be placed on the public highway, with a cover (1), with a circular contour, consisting of two ring-like bodies (2,3) telescopically coupled to each other, with the power to keep the inner ring (2 ), in a lifting position with respect to the outer ring, with interlocking means (8,9), in order to maintain the desired lifting position. The interlocking means being constituted, by emerging pins (9) of the inner face of the outer ring (3), positionable in regattas (See Fig. 2), provided laterally in windows (8) made for this purpose vertically in the corresponding inner ring (2).

The only difference between the 1st claim and D01, is that D01 does not explicitly cite that the box can also have a quadrangular contour. Therefore, D01 does not annul the novelty of the 1st claim, although its inventive activity.

The 2nd and 5th claims are disclosed in D01.

As for the third claim, the plate-slot alternative constitutes an interlocking option widely known in the prior art.

Likewise, the alternative of threading of coaxial annular pieces for the purpose of ascent, descent and interlocking is widely known in the Sector. (See D02).
