In a manner perfectly known to a person skilled in the art, it is recalled that the hull is made in a block, by means of a mold that corresponds exactly to the interior of the desired pool tank. Several layers of polyester fiber plus glass are applied with generally vertical and / or horizontal stiffeners. After demolding, a known finishing layer is generally applied, for example, under the GELCOTE brand. Reservations are generally established in order to allow the assembly and placement of accessories such as skimmers for example. The hull obtained can have different geometric shapes and integrate, when it takes place, stair steps.

The invention has the objective of avoiding these inconveniences in a simple, safe, efficient and rational manner.

The problem that is proposed to solve the invention is to be able to equip a pool tank constituted by a helmet, in the same way as a pool whose tank is made, for example, from modular panels assembled together. Summary of the invention

To solve this problem, a swimming pool whose tank is constituted by a hull and from which one of the sides has been devised and tuned, based on this basic conception:

Detailed description of an embodiment of the invention

As indicated, the invention refers to a swimming pool whose tank is constituted by a helmet (1) made by any known and appropriate means. The general shape of the helmet can be any, for example of a generally rectangular shape. One side of the helmet can integrate, directly when you have

According to a basic characteristic of the invention, one of the sides of the helmet at least (1) is constituted by an applied module (2) arranged to perform a certain function, as can be seen from the fi gures of the planes. This module (2) can be fixed, after molding the helmet (1), at the level of a joint plane (3) formed by an open side (1c) of said helmet. In this case, the coupling between the helmet (1) and the module (2) can be carried out in the workshop, or directly on site, by any known and appropriate means.

In one embodiment, the module (2) may constitute an insert applied to the mold when the helmet (1) is manufactured.

In Figures 1 and 6, the module (2) is formed in section to perform the function of a chest for the integration of a roller blind of any known and appropriate type. The shaft (4), for winding and immersion of the roller blind (not shown) is mounted between the two side plates (2a) and (2b) of the module (2), being operated manually or motorized. The chest results from an internal cavity (2c) open in the direction of the tank and that fits with the shape of the blind in a rolled position.

In the embodiment illustrated in Figures 4 and 5, the applied module (2) not only delimits an internal cavity (2c) for the integration, as indicated above, of a roller blind, but also has a part (2d) that performs the function of collector for the water that comes from the pool of the pool, and a part (2e) that performs the function of buffer stock for this same water. The two parts (2d) and (2e) are obviously in communication.

In Figure 5, the buffer stock is constituted by one or a few applied tanks (5) linked together and in communication with the collector (2d). For example, these deposits (5) are made by rotomolding and in a material with low added value. These tanks (5) are integrated in a module housing (2).

In Figure 2, the module (2) no longer presents the cavity (2c) due to the integration of the roller shutter. The module (2) presents only the collector part (2d) and the part (2e) that performs the buffer stock function. It is the same in regard to the embodiment illustrated in Figure 3 in which the buffer stock (2e) is directly in communication with the water in the tank that comes from the pool.

According to another embodiment, the applied module (2) can be fixed to any means of pumping and fi ltration of the pool tank. For example, the manifold (2d) may be in communication with integrated means to ensure the pumping and filtration of water and its discharge into the tank. In this case, a part of the module (2) may have arrangements (2f) that perform the function of skimmer and / or nozzle. Obviously, it is not excluded that these fi ltration and pumping means are located outside the tank, in an appropriate technical location.

The advantages clearly emerge from the description, in particular it is underlined and the adaptation of an overflow module with an integrated shutter on a monobloc pool is remembered.

Claims (6)

1. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement Document D01, which is considered the closest to the State of the Art, discloses a pool whose cavity is constituted by a hull, one of its sides being formed by an applied module (see fig. 3), which can either be fixed after the molding of the helmet, or applied to the mold of the helmet at the time of manufacture. Said module may be formed in section to perform the function of a chest (see page 2, paragraph [0019] and claim 9) for the integration of a roller shutter (which would function as a pool cover), as reflected in claims 1 and 2 of the application document. Therefore, the object of claims 1 and 2 would not imply inventive activity (Art. 8.1 LP11 / 1986). On the other hand, in document D02 a module is disclosed to be applied to one of the sides of a pool, being formed in section to perform the functions, on the one hand of collector and buffer stock with respect to the water that comes from the tank , and on the other hand to perform the function of a chest for the integration of a rolling shutter (see column 1, lines 54 to 68). Said chest is shaped like an internal cavity open in the direction of the tank and that fits with the shape of the blind in a rolled position. It is considered that it would be apparent to one skilled in the art to combine the main parts of document D02 with document D01 of the nearest State of the Art in order to obtain the characteristics of claims 3 and 5 of the application document. Therefore, said claims would not imply inventive activity in relation to the State of the Art referred to (Art. 8.1 LP11 / 1986). On the other hand, in document D03 of the State of the Art another module applicable to one of the sides of a pool is observed, being formed in section to perform at the same time the function of chest for the integration of a rolling shutter and the function of collector of the water that comes from the tank, in communication with independent tanks integrated in a housing of the module. Similarly, in this case it is considered that an expert in the field would attempt to combine the main parts of document D03 with document D01 of the nearest State of the Art in order to obtain the characteristics of claims 4 of the application document and have a reasonable expectation of success, so it is considered that said claim would not imply inventive activity (Art. 8.1 LP11 / 1986). Regarding document D04 of the State of the Art, it is considered that it could become relevant in relation to the application document, although there is a fundamental difference between both documents, consisting in the case that in document D04 the module that hosts The roller blind that works as a pool cover is not part of one of the sides of the pool hull, but joins it by one of its edges.
