Abstract
Procedimiento para autenticar dispositivos expuestos a intentos de falsificación, seleccionándose dichos dispositivos de entre el conjunto de documentos de seguridad y productos valiosos, comprendiendo el procedimiento las etapas que consisten en: a) superponer un dispositivo con una capa base que comprende una rejilla de bandas base y una capa de revelación que comprende una rejilla de líneas de revelación, produciendo así una capa de moaré que comprende una imagen de moaré de bandas y b) comparar dicha imagen de moaré de bandas con una imagen de moaré de bandas de referencia y, dependiendo del resultado de la comparación, aceptar o rechazar el dispositivo, en el que las distribuciones respectivas de la capa de rejilla de bandas base, la capa de rejilla de líneas de revelación y la capa de imagen de moaré de bandas están relacionadas según un modelo de distribución de imagen de moaré de bandas, permitiendo dicho modelo de distribución de imagen de moaré de bandas seleccionar la distribución de dos de dichas tres capas y obtener la tercera capa mediante cálculo.
