Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element (50) zabezpieczający o szczególnej budowie warstwowej, w którym poprzez nałożenie na siebie co najmniej dwóch warstw zadruku o odmiennych właściwościach w świetle VIS i UV uzyskuje się wielobarwne przejście gradientowe widoczne w procesie weryfikacji z użyciem lampy emitującej światło ultrafioletowe (UV). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również nośnik danych zawierający dany element zabezpieczający oraz sposób wykonania danego elementu zabezpieczającego.
