Abstract

Recipiente para fundición inyectada funcionando en caliente, con sección transversal circular y revestimiento de acero situado en el interior, el cual está equipado con elementos de estabilización situados hacia el interior que transcurren longitudinal y/o transversalmente y que a la pared interior del recipiente para fundición inyectada se ajustan directamente o con contacto geométrico a través de una masa de relleno con buena conductibilidad térmica, caracterizado porque el recipiente para fundición inyectada caliente está provisto en su lado exterior de un aislamiento térmico y porque el calor remanente transmitido por este aislamiento hacia el exterior se puede conducir a través de un sistema de refrigeración, y porque el conjunto de revestimiento de acero, masa de relleno y cuerpo de fundición está sostenido por un sistema de tensión periférico apoyado en frío sin influencia del aislamiento térmico y del sistema de refrigeración.
