Abstract

The present specification refers to a patent of invention with improved application for tiling or screaming, of deteriorated surfaces and new construction, being subsequently manufactured to a large-format tile plate (1), attached and glued to a mortar plate (2). The plate preferably of 60 x 60 and preferably or approximately 1 centimeter thick, depending on the size of tiles regulated by p.v.c. (3) mesh once hardened, is installed on the surface on which it was intended by conventional means.

Specifically the improved provision applicable for tiling or screaming of damaged surfaces and for new work consists, first of all, of data collection on the shape and size of the surface on which it intends to act, subsequently manufacturing a tabular aggregate from the adhesion of tiles on a mortar base or cement-glue or similar reinforced with light mesh adequate.

The tabular aggregate described, once hardened  stabilized, can be incorporated on the surface on the which is operated by adhesives or hydraulic aggregates adequate.

Claims (2)

1. Procedure for tiling or screaming of damaged surface and new construction by means of a tabular aggregate, characterized in that it consists of the following stages:

1.1.

Surface measurement a cover either vertical or horizontal.

1.2.

Preparation of a mortar base  cement, cement-glue or similar dimensions according to the surface to be covered, regulated by a mesh (3) metallic or plastic material, of suitable light curd

1.3.

Be adhere tiles (1) to said base and these may be any size or plantar configuration, preferably 60 x 60 and preferably approximately 1 cm thick according to tile measures.

1.4.

Be wait a necessary hardening time for your stabilization.

1.5.

Be get a tabular aggregate (4) that is ready for placement on site by conventional means such as adhesives or aggregates

Hydraulic 2. Tabular aggregate for tiling walls or floor slabs of deteriorated surfaces or new construction, characterized by being formed from a cement base, cement-glue or similar, stiffened, by a metal mesh or plastic material of adequate light, on this base adhere a series of tiles of any size or plantar configuration that after hardening they give rise to a tabular aggregate of tiles or tiles ready for placement on a horizontal or vertical surface, from which they have previously taken the dimensions for the subsequent manufacture of said panel.
