Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest listwa prowadząco-dystansowa, mocowana na podłożu budowlanym i przeznaczona do precyzyjnego ustalania grubości nakładanej warstwy mas, klejów i zapraw budowlanych, zwłaszcza zapraw szpachlowych, izolacyjnych i tynkarskich. The subject of the invention is a guide-spacer strip, mounted on a construction base and intended for precise determination of the thickness of the applied layer of masses, adhesives and mortars, especially for leveling, insulation and plastering mortars.
Used in the construction industry, distance guide rails are used in the application of layers of mineral, gypsum, lime, bituminous, polymer and other materials. These strips can be used to give the surface of the layers a defined shape, for example by grooving or rustication, as well as to obtain flat surfaces on an uneven ground. Individual strips or their groups are also used as spacers in bricklaying or tiling works and in the assembly of building elements. Known are BELLAPLAST guide-distance strips made of sheet metal or rigid plastic. Each of the slats has a longitudinal, centrally located rib with the outline of an inverted U letter, with the periphery of the legs of this rib on both sides turning into flat, perforated fins extending transversely to these arms. The height of the strip rib is adjusted to the expected thickness of the layer of glue or mortar applied to the surface of the building substrate. A set of parallel spacing guide rails is placed on the substrate so that their fins adhere to the substrate and are fixed pointwise to it using the same material with which the substrate is to be coated. These slats are used to limit the thickness of the applied layer, the excess material being scraped off with a trowel that is moved over the ribs of the adjacent slats. Since these ribs have a constant height along their entire length, any unevenness in the substrate finds its undesirable reflection in the unevenness of the outer surface of the applied material layer.
Due to their stiffness, the known slats serve only to form flat surfaces of the material to be applied, the shape of the substrate being evened out without being able to reproduce it. After the material has hardened, the strips bound to the ground generally remain there as indelible structural elements. In the case of removing the slats, the furrows remaining after them must be additionally filled with the applied material.
According to the invention, a spacer-guide, intended to be fixed to the construction substrate prior to the application of the adhesive layer or the construction mortar, is characterized in that it has a trapezoidal cross-section and a self-adhesive coating is formed on its narrower bottom wall. In order to adjust the height of the spacer-guide bar to the unevenness of the ground, it is in the form of a double bar with strips of different height and width, which are mounted on top of each other and glued to each other.
In order to achieve a uniform contour of the side, sloping walls of both slats, the width of the bottom wall of the upper strip of the wider strip corresponds to the width of the top wall of the bottom strip of the narrower strip. The guide-spacer bar is made of a flexible material, so it can be attached to flat or curved surfaces. The strip according to the invention enables the application of layers of material of a predetermined thickness, as well as obtaining a flat or curved surface of the material, regardless of the shape of the substrate, while maintaining an accurate representation of its shape. Combined strips allow for leveling the unevenness of the substrate and obtaining an even, flat surface of the applied layer of material. Due to the trapezoidal profile of the lath or set of battens, they can be easily retrieved from the substrate before or after the applied layer is cured. The slats left in the material layer may create a decorative grooving of its surface.
Celem wynalazku jest wytwarzanie takiej listwy prowadząco-dystansowej, która umożliwia w sposób prosty i dokładny niwelowanie nierówności podłoża, a także umożliwia precyzyjne ustalanie grubości nakładanej warstwy mas, klejów i zapraw budowlanych, zwłaszcza zapraw szpachlowych, izolacyjnych i tynkarskich. The aim of the invention is to produce such a guide-spacer strip that enables a simple and accurate leveling of substrate unevenness, and also enables precise determination of the thickness of the applied layer of masses, adhesives and building mortars, especially for leveling, insulation and plastering mortars.

The guide-spacer bar 1 according to the invention is intended to be glued to a construction substrate 2, for example a concrete or brick substrate, prior to the application of a layer 3 of adhesive or construction mortar, in particular a leveling, insulation or plastering mortar. The strip 1 has a trapezoidal cross-section and is made of a flexible material in the form of non-absorbent plastic, preferably foamed PVC. On the bottom wall 4 of the strip 1, a self-adhesive coating 5 is formed, which, before sticking the strip 1 to the substrate 2, is protected by a paper cover 6. In cases where the substrate 2 has an uneven surface, a double strip 7 made of two strips 1 is used instead of a single strip, 1a of varying height and width. In such a detailed solution the basic strip 1 is mounted on the second, compensating strip 1a and glued to it with its self-adhesive coating 5. The bottom wall 4a of the compensating strip 1a is provided with a self-adhesive coating 5, glued to the substrate 2. The length of the glued section L of the compensating strip 1a is selected according to the dimensions of the leveled recess 8 of the surface in the substrate 2. Uniform contours of the side walls 9, 9a of both strips 1, 1a are achieved due to the fact that the width D of the bottom wall 4 of the top strip 1 corresponds to the width d d of the top wall 10a of the bottom strip 1a. The strips 1, 1a form a series of sizes, and their height ranges from 3 to 8 mm, with each height corresponding to a different strip width. As a result, depending on the intended thickness of the layer 3 of the material to be applied and the condition of the substrate 2, individual strips 1 or any selected sets of strips 1, 1a can be glued to them side by side. Figure 6 shows a brick substrate 2 with a convex curved surface on which compensation strips 1a are glued in parallel. The top walls 10a of these strips are adjoined by crosswise arched base strips 1. The strips 1, 1a can also be attached to a substrate with a concave surface. In the exemplary solutions according to Figs. 3, 4, 5 and 7, two base strips 1 are present next to each other, however, depending on the needs, any number of these strips can be glued side by side. After reinforcing the substrate 2 with slats 1, 1a, glue or construction mortar is applied to it, and this material is spread on the substrate 2 with a float 11 or a similar tool. When the trowel 11 is moved along the adjacent slats 1, its edge slides over their top walls 10 and scrapes off the excess material. As a result, a material layer 3 of the prescribed thickness is formed on the substrate 2. After possibly detaching from the substrate 2 and removing individual slats 1 or groups 7 of slats 1, 1a, the remaining furrows are filled with the same material that forms the layer 3.
