Abstract

Un elemento de sujeción para uso en un pañal desechable que tiene un cuerpo absorbente y una hoja de respaldo de plástico, comprendiendo el elemento de sujeción una tira de cinta plegada en una configuración en "Z" que tiene patas primera, segunda y tercera contiguas, teniendo dicha tira una superficie frontal y una superficie dorsal y estando recubierta con un adhesivo en la superficie frontal de cada una de dichas patas primera y tercera, estando desprovista de adhesivo la superficie frontal de dicha segunda pata, estando la superficie frontal de dicha primera pata en contacto con dicha hoja de respaldo de plástico y estando la superficie frontal de dicha tercera pata en contacto con la superficie frontal de dicha segunda pata, formando de este modo una unidad secundaria que comprende dichas patas segunda y tercera, estando dicha unidad secundaria asegurada de manera soltable a la superficie dorsal de dicha primera pata.
