Abstract

Un recipiente etiquetado que comprende: un frasco o botella que tiene una parte de gollete y una boca que se abre en la extremidad exterior axil del gollete; un tapón de cierre aplicado sobre la abertura de la boca para cerrar el recipiente, teniendo dicho tapón de cierre una parte de faldón anular; una etiqueta cerrada a modo de manguito, compuesta de una lámina de material termoplástica celular orgánico, encogible al calor, de por lo menos 0, 13 de espesor, fuertemente orientada en su dimensión circunferencial de la etiqueta de manguito, rodeando esta última a dicha parte de gollete y al faldón del citado tapón de cierre, teniendo dicho material celular un peso específico aparente comprendido entre 96 y 640 kg/mm y llevando estampado un diseño de acanaladuras en relieve que se extienden formando sustancialmente un ángulo con respecto a la dimensión de dicha fuerte orientación en el material celular; teniendo la etiqueta una unión que se extiende en sentido axil, formada por los extremos superpuestos de la lámina y unidos entre sí; estando dicha etiqueta contraída en estrecho contacto de ajuste con dichos gollete y faldón respectivamente, y hallándose las acanaladuras dispuestas en forma de diseño de distribución estampado saliente de resaltos distribuidos anularmente de manera regular u ordenada en el recipiente etiquetado, en torno a la superficie exterior de dicha etiqueta.
