Abstract
Procedimiento de tratamiento de agua residual mediante un bio-reactor de membranas que comprende una etapa de deshidratación de los lodos y un reciclado, en cabeza del bio-reactor, del efluente líquido procedente de la deshidratación de los lodos, caracterizado porque: - los lodos biológicos extraídos del bio-reactor (1) se ponen en contacto con el efluente líquido procedente de la etapa de deshidratación de los lodos de forma que el contenido residual de dicho efluente en polielectrolito que ha servido para el acondicionamiento de los lodos durante la etapa de deshidratación (4) migre hacia los lodos biológicos; - los lodos biológicos se separan del efluente líquido con el fin de obtener, por una parte un efluente líquido exento de polielectrolito y por otra parte un lodo biológico cargado de polielectrolito; - el efluente líquido exento de polielectrolito se recicla en cabeza del bio-reactor de membranas y, - el lodo biológico cargado de polielectrolito se evacúa hacia la etapa de deshidratación.
Claims (2)
1. Procedimiento de tratamiento de agua residual
mediante un bio-reactor de membranas que comprende
una etapa de deshidratación de los lodos y un reciclado, en cabeza
del bio-reactor, del efluente líquido procedente de
la deshidratación de los lodos, caracterizado porque:
- los lodos biológicos extraídos del
bio-reactor (1) se ponen en contacto con el
efluente líquido procedente de la etapa de deshidratación de los
lodos de forma que el contenido residual de dicho efluente en
polielectrolito que ha servido para el acondicionamiento de los
lodos durante la etapa de deshidratación (4) migre hacia los lodos
biológicos;
- los lodos biológicos se separan del efluente
líquido con el fin de obtener, por una parte un efluente líquido
exento de polielectrolito y por otra parte un lodo biológico
cargado de polielectrolito;
- el efluente líquido exento de polielectrolito
se recicla en cabeza del bio-reactor de membranas
y,
- el lodo biológico cargado de polielectrolito se
evacúa hacia la etapa de deshidratación.
2. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque la separación de los lodos biológicos,
del efluente líquido, se realiza por filtración sobre membranas de
microfiltración o de ultrafiltración (3), siendo el umbral de corte
de las indicadas membranas claramente inferior al peso molecular de
los polielectrolitos utilizados en la deshidratación de los
lodos.
