Abstract
Filtro de combustible para motores diesel con inyección directa de alta presión del tipo de conducto común y similares, que comprende una cubierta exterior provista de un conducto de admisión (3) de combustible y un conducto de salida (4), y que aloja internamente unos medios de filtrado, comprendiendo dicha cubierta una cámara superior (6) para contener dichos medios de filtrado, una cámara inferior (7) que se comunica con dicha cámara superior para recoger el agua que dichos medios de filtrado (5) separan del combustible, y unos medios (8) para medir el nivel de agua recogida en la cámara inferior (7), caracterizado porque dichos medios para medir el nivel de agua en la cámara (7) comprenden un sensor de temperatura para generar una señal eléctrica, siendo dicha señal suministrada a una tarjeta electrónica mediante dos conductores.
Claims (5)
1. Filtro de combustible para motores diesel con
inyección directa de alta presión del tipo de conducto común y
similares, que comprende una cubierta exterior provista de un
conducto de admisión (3) de combustible y un conducto de salida (4),
y que aloja internamente unos medios de filtrado, comprendiendo
dicha cubierta una cámara superior (6) para contener dichos medios
de filtrado, una cámara inferior (7) que se comunica con dicha
cámara superior para recoger el agua que dichos medios de filtrado
(5) separan del combustible, y unos medios (8) para medir el nivel
de agua recogida en la cámara inferior (7), caracterizado
porque dichos medios para medir el nivel de agua en la cámara (7)
comprenden un sensor de temperatura para generar una señal
eléctrica, siendo dicha señal suministrada a una tarjeta electrónica
mediante dos conductores.
2. Filtro según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque dichos medios de detección de nivel
comprenden un flotador colocado en la cámara de recogida y que tiene
una gravedad específica comprendida entre la gravedad específica del
agua y la del combustible, y un vástago de guía de flotador en cuyo
interior está colocado un sensor de campo magnético conectado
eléctricamente a dicha tarjeta electrónica mediante dos conductores,
estando dichos medios de detección de temperatura dispuestos en el
interior de dicho vástago en la proximidad del extremo libre
superior.
3. Filtro según la reivindicación 2,
caracterizado porque uno de los conductores que conecta
dichos medios de detección de temperatura a dicha tarjeta también
está conectado a dicho sensor de campo magnético.
4. Filtro según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque el sensor de temperatura es del tipo
NTC.
5. Filtro según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque el sensor de temperatura está insertado
en una capa de resina conductora.
