Abstract
一种燃油过滤器,其用于共轨类型高压直接喷射式柴油机或类似物体,其包括设置有燃油入口管道(3)和出口管道(4)的外壳,且内部装有过滤装置(5),温度传感器(15)布置在与所述外壳底部邻近处,以便测量外壳中所具有的燃油的温度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机动车燃油过滤器,尤其是共轨或高压直接注入类型的柴油机所用过滤器,以及类似物。
背景技术
在这些类型的发动机中,当燃油不仅用作发动机进料流体而且用作进给泵的润滑流体及冷却流体时,进料给发动机进给泵的燃油进料速度比发动机运行所需该速度大得多。由于不喂送给气缸的燃油使进给泵散热并接着返回机动车油箱,该燃油的温度就会升高。
业已发现,由于进给泵运行的温度高,在发动机运行某段时间之后,油箱中或发动机进料系统(feed circuit)中所含燃油温度会变高,例如为100℃及更高。
所以,当发动机燃油温度太高而可能损伤进料系统部件时,就要求对于该燃油温度加以控制。另外,在这些类型的发动机中,燃油温度成为调节发动机燃油进料速度的基本参数。因此,测量燃油温度就成为校正发动机运行所必须做的事情。测得的温度值被送给电子控制器,该控制器控制着送给进给泵并因而送给气缸的燃油。
现有技术已经用温度测量装置解决了控制燃油温度的这种需求,该装置布置在油箱里,或沿着送往发动机的燃油所经过的管道而布置。
在这两种情况下,要求所用装置有适当的固定凸缘以及电缆,以便使该装置与机动车电子控制器相连接。另外,通常难以安装所述温度测量装置,因为管道所在的发动机区域装有许多部件而拥挤。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是在低成本的简单而又理性的解决方案情况下,克服现有技术的缺陷。本发明依靠各项权利要求所述特征而达到所述目的。
具体而言,本发明提供了一种燃油过滤器,其用于共轨型高压直接喷射式柴油机,所述过滤器包括设置有燃油入口管道和出口管道的外壳,且内部装有过滤装置,所述外壳包括用于容纳所述过滤装置的上舱室、与所述上舱室通联以便收集由所述过滤装置从燃油中分离出来的水的下舱室,以及用于测量收集在下舱室中水的水位的装置,其特征在于:用于测量下舱室中的水位的所述装置包括用于产生电信号的温度传感器,所述信号被两个导体送至电子卡片。
本发明提供一种温度测量装置,该装置与安装在机动车上的燃油过滤器下部部分有关。
根据本发明的一个推荐实施例,所述温度测量装置与感知有水积累在燃油过滤器底部的装置有关。
在这方面,已知出现于燃油中的水往往会对与其接触的金属零件造成氧化损害,因此,最新一代过滤器,尤其是柴油机燃油所用过滤器,不仅使杂质分离而且还把出现在燃油中的水分离。由于水具有比燃油大得多的比重,它就聚集在位于过滤器下部部分的收集舱室中。这种水一旦达到最大水位(level)就必须排放掉,以避免其干扰正确的过滤操作,或可以使其返回到正在离开过滤器的燃油流。
水被适当的装置排放掉,当适当的传感器感知所述收集舱室中的水已达到其最大水位时,该装置就被启动。
用于感知水位的所述装置,包括一个浮标(float),该浮标位于收集舱室之内并具有介于水的比重与燃油比重之间的比重。浮标安装在导杆上,在该导杆内部装有磁场传感器,该传感器由两个导体电连接着电子卡片。根据本发明,所述导杆内部还装有用于测量燃油温度的温度传感器。具体而言,所述温度传感器被装在导杆自由端邻近处,该自由端伸入收集舱室中。为了便于热传导,所述传感器被嵌在注入导杆中的导热树脂中。

具体实施方式
图1显示过滤器1,其基本上是已知的,其包括一个外壳2,该外壳具有燃油入口3与出口4。所述外壳2内部装有位于上部舱室6之内的过滤装置5。燃油经由入口3进入舱室6,并在穿过过滤装置5之后经由出口4而离开。
在舱室6下方并与该舱室通联,布置了由打孔底座50与前者相分离的舱室7,该底座也起到过滤装置5支承件的作用。
舱室7用于聚集与燃油分离的水,并因此而在其上部部分中充满燃油,被分离的水则积累在下部部分中。
在舱室7的底座上,布置了包括浮标9的水位传感器8,该浮标的比重介于水的比重与燃油比重之间,且该浮标由于受到聚集在底部的水的水位A的影响而位于收集舱室7中。浮标9沿着垂直导杆12可滑动,该导杆伸入舱室7中,穿过下部孔口70,该孔口位于舱室最低点处且被导杆12与密封垫圈122协作而关闭。
在导杆12内部布置了磁场传感元件13,例如霍尔(Hall)型簧片,该簧片在漂浮时就启动,随着所积累的水增加而朝上移动,抵达与元件13对应的位置。
传感元件13由两根连接电缆130和131电连接着电子卡片14。所述卡片连接着发动机控制器。由于聚集在舱室7中水的作用,当浮标9抵达传感元件13的水位时,就产生电信号,且该电信号经由连接电缆130和131而被电子卡片14所感知,该电子卡片使所述电信号对于发动机电子控制器有效,从而以位于机动车仪表板上的报警灯或不同的报警信号而警告用户。
当产生最大水位信号时,控制卡片14就启动供聚集在舱室7中的水所用的抽出装置。所述水的抽出装置与过滤器1的下末端有关,但由于其为众所周知的类型,因而未加以显示或做详细说明。在导杆12内部,与其自由端邻近,还装有嵌在一层导热树脂150中的温度传感器15,以便测量舱室7中所出现的燃油的温度,这一温度等于或至少可指示穿过过滤器1的燃油的温度。
传感器15例如为NTC类型的,其由两个导体16及17而与电子卡片相连接。由传感器15所测得的温度值经由卡片14而被送给发动机电子控制器。图3显示本发明的一种变体,其中,与卡片14相连接的电缆之一也被用作使传感器15与卡片本身相连接的电缆。因此,在此种情况下,由于电缆20被用作共用导体,使传感器与卡片相连接的电路就简化了。
Claims (5)
1.一种燃油过滤器,其用于共轨型高压直接喷射式柴油机,所述过滤器包括设置有燃油入口管道(3)和出口管道(4)的外壳,且内部装有过滤装置,所述外壳包括用于容纳所述过滤装置的上舱室(6)、与所述上舱室通联以便收集由所述过滤装置(5)从燃油中分离出来的水的下舱室(7),以及用于测量收集在下舱室(7)中水的水位的装置(8),其特征在于:用于测量下舱室(7)中的水位的所述装置包括用于产生电信号的温度传感器,所述信号被两个导体送至电子卡片。
2.如权利要求1所述的过滤器,其特征在于:所述用于测量下舱室(7)中的水位的装置包括浮标,该浮标位于收集舱室中并具有介于水的比重与燃油比重之间的比重,且所述用于测量下舱室(7)中的水位的装置包括浮标导杆,在该导杆内部布置了由两个导体与所述电子卡片电连接的磁场传感器,所述温度传感器位于所述导杆内部而与其上部自由端邻近。
3.如权利要求2所述的过滤器,其特征在于:使所述温度传感器与所述卡片相连接的导体之一也连接着所述磁场传感器。
4.如权利要求1所述的过滤器,其特征在于:所述温度传感器是NTC类型的。
5.如权利要求1所述的过滤器,其特征在于:所述温度传感器嵌在一层导热树脂中。
