Abstract

The container has a box (1) that is folded in zigzag manner. A cover (11) is jointly provided in front of the box. A longitudinal mouth (14) extracts a weave piece in the box. A closet is provided with shelves for supporting the box. A series of compartments is provided with a frontal mouth for introducing the box, where the compartments are provided with a folding door.

Description

Tissue dispensing container.

Object of the invention

The present invention is referred to as its title indicates a tissue dispensing container, applicable to storage and distribution of tissues in piece.

Background of the invention

Currently the piece fabrics are presented in the market rolled on a shaped piece or tube usually in plastic or cardboard.

Generally, these coils or rolls of tissue are they have stacked on shelves which requires a constant handling them to show the pieces of fabric to prospects.

This presentation of the pieces of fabric poses other additional problems such as tissue fouling due to its manipulation and the accumulation of dust on the same, the lack of stability of the coils or rolls, or the need to have a surface of important dimensions to unfold and cut the tissue portion requested by the client.

Description of the invention

To solve the aforementioned problems, devised the tissue dispensing container that has some constructive peculiarities oriented to facilitate both the storage such as tissue extraction contained therein, without need to perform coil handling, further optimizing the space necessary for the placement of a large number of pieces of fabric.

According to the invention, this container tissue dispenser comprises a flattened box for the arrangement of the piece of tissue folded in zigzag, presenting said a closing cover in which it is delimited by a break line a tear-off flap, defining the cover together with the front of the box, once the closing flap, a longitudinal mouth for the extraction of the fabric of the corresponding box.

The mentioned box, due to its configuration flattened, requires a smaller space for placement fabric reels currently used, also eliminating problem of possible involuntary movements of the pieces of fabric as in the case of coils.

To ensure the stability of several boxes in stacked position is provided that the minor sides of said box have a lower recess and an upper tab that protrudes vertically to the upper area to stay in the lower recess of the immediate upper case, so that the successive boxes remain interrelated by the recesses and the corresponding tabs.

The definition in the box of a lid with a tear-off flap allows boxes to remain closed during storage and transport of tissue pieces contained inside, just perform the removal of said closing flap to define a longitudinal mouth to through which it will be extracted simply by traction the desired length of fabric, when it is folded in the inside the zigzag box.

This dispensing container may include additionally a closet provided with shelves for support of several boxes containing tissue, delimiting said shelves a series of compartments each provided with a mouth front for the introduction of the corresponding box and a folding closing door mounted by its lower end on a horizontal axis of rotation.

These doors can be arranged in a position opening to make the introduction or replacement of the box contained in the corresponding compartment, so that these boxes are hidden inside the furniture, or arranged in a closing position where it allows tissue removal content in the corresponding box.

For this, and according to the invention, it is provided that the folding doors of the closet have laterally means for its retention in the closed position and that said swing doors have a lower height than the mouths, front of the respective compartments, defining in the closing position a longitudinal mouth for the extraction of the tissue contained in the corresponding box.

This way you get the boxes Tissue pieces containers remain hidden, even during the extraction of the tissues contained in the boxes.

Description of the figures

To complement the description that is being performing and in order to facilitate the understanding of characteristics of the invention, is attached herein descriptive a set of drawings in which, for illustrative purposes and not limiting, the following has been represented:

- Figure 1 shows a perspective view of one of the boxes with an enlarged detail of an extreme portion of the same.

- Figure 2 shows a side view of the box in use position, sectioned vertically, after having removed the tear-off flap; can be observed schematically inside the box a fabric folded in zigzag and with one of its ends coming out through the mouth longitudinal defined in the box.

- Figure 3 shows a side view of several stacked and interrelated boxes by means of recesses and defined tabs on its minor sides.

- Figure 4 shows a perspective view of an exemplary embodiment of the cabinet intended to contain several boxes, being able to observe one of the tissues coming out through the longitudinal mouth corresponding to one of the compartments

- Figure 5 shows a profile view of the cabinet sectioned by a vertical plane, being able to observe several tissue container boxes arranged in the different wardrobe compartments and having represented one of the doors in the opening position and the remaining ones in the position of closing.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

The dispensing container shown in the example of embodiment comprises a flattened box (1) intended to contain a piece of fabric (2) folded in zigzag; arranging the box (1) of a cover (11) in which it is delimited by a tear line (12) a tear-off closure flap (13).

This closing flap (13) allows to maintain the box in a closed position during storage and transport of fabric (2), defining the box (1), once the flap is removed of closing (13), a longitudinal mouth (14) for the extraction of the tissue (2) as can be seen in figure 2.

The box (2) has on the smaller sides a lower recess (15) and an upper flange (16) protruding and of complementary configuration to that of the lower recess (15), which allows stable stacking of successive boxes (2), as can be done observe in figure (3), by introducing the tab upper (16) of one of the boxes in the lower recess (15) of the immediate upper box.

As can be seen in Figures 4 and 5, it is provided that the container includes a cabinet (3) with interior shelves (31) for the support of the respective boxes (1). Said shelves (31) define in the cabinet (3) a series of compartments provided with a front mouth (32) for the introduction and ex-
traction of the boxes (1).

Said mouths (32) are provided with paths swing doors (33) mounted at their lower end on the respective horizontal axes of rotation (34).

The swing doors (33) also have means (35) for retention in the closed position, said closure means being able to treat magnetic elements, of pressure or any other type.

As can be seen in Figures 4 and 5, the swing doors (33) have a lower height than the mouths (32) of the compartments so that, in the closed position, define in the cabinet (3) longitudinal mouths (36) for the tissue extraction (2) contained in the boxes (1), being able to perform tissue extraction (2) keeping the boxes (1) in a hidden position and the swing doors (33) in the closing position

Once the nature of The invention, as well as a preferred embodiment, is for the appropriate purposes that the materials, form, size and arrangement of the elements described may be modified, as long as this does not imply an alteration of the essential features of the invention claimed in continuation.

Tissue dispensing container; applicable in the storage and distribution of tissues (2) in piece; characterized in that it comprises a flattened box (1) for the arrangement of the piece of fabric (2) folded in a zigzag, the box (1) presenting a closing cover (11) in which it is delimited by a break line (12 ) a tear-off flap (13); defining the cover (11) together with the front of the box, once the closing flap (13), a longitudinal mouth (14) for the ex-
tissue traction (2) housed in the corresponding box (1); and optionally incorporating the dispensing container a cabinet (3) provided with shelves (31) for the support of several boxes (1) tissue containers (2), said shelves (31) delimiting a series of compartments each provided with a front mouth (32) for the introduction of the corresponding box (1) and a hinged closing door (33). 2. Container according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the smaller sides of the box (1) have a lower recess (15) and an upper flange (16) that protrudes vertically towards the upper area to stay in the lower recess (15) of the immediate upper box, allowing stable stacking of successive boxes (1). 3. Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the swing doors (33) of the cabinet (3) are mounted at their lower end on a horizontal axis (34) of rotation. 4. Container according to claim 3, characterized in that the doors; folding (33) have lateral means (35) for retention in the closed position. 5. Container, according to any preceding claim, characterized in that the hinged doors (33) have a lower height than the respective compartments of the cabinet (3), defining in the closed position a longitudinal mouth (36) for tissue extraction (2) ) contained in the corresponding box (1).
