Dispositivo para la medición de distancia sin contactos en un ambiente gaseiforme, especialmente en el aire, caracterizado qeu sirve para medir la distancia hasta un objeto a medir que se encuentra en el sector cercano, es decir, medir dentro de unos centimetros hasta unos diez metros, se trata especialmente de un dispositivo en una caja de tamaño de boldillo con un emisor en un lado que envia una señal de medición hasta el objeto a medir y con un receptor que recibe una señal que es reflectada por el objeto a medir y además con dispositivos de evaluación que miden el tiempo recorrido de la señal desde el emisor por el objeto a medir hasta el receptor. El dispositivo está caracterizado por el hecho de que el emisor es un emisor sónico (5) que funciona especialemente en el sector supersónico y de que el receptor sónico (6) que funciona especialemente en el sector supersónico.
