Abstract

Compuestos que tienen una afinidad de unión tanto por el receptor ávâ3 como por el receptor de neuropéptido, en particular el receptor de la somatostatina y, en consecuencia, tienen una afinidad global frente a los tumores mejorada; tales compuestos comprenden una primera parte del péptido que contiene al menos una vez la secuencia de aminoácidos Arg-Gly-Asp y una segunda parte del péptido acoplada a la anterior, opcionalmente vía un enlazador; tal segunda parte del péptido es un neuropéptido seleccionado del grupo constituido por CCK, gastrina, sustancia P, bombesina, VIP (péptido intestinal vasoactivo), PACAP (péptido activador de la adenilato ciclasa de la pituitaria), somatostatina y análogos de éstos.
