Abstract

Máquina empaquetadora provista de un tubo de formación vertical para la formación de paquetes, comprendiendo dicha máquina un primer dispositivo para el sellado vertical (4), un segundo dispositivo para el sellado en caliente transversal (5), y un primer árbol (1) provisto con dos excéntricas (2, 3) que obtienen un movimiento alternativo del primer dispositivo (4) y un movimiento alternativo del segundo dispositivo (5), comprendiendo además dicha máquina un par de terceros dispositivos (7) opuestos para la formación de pliegues laterales (7¿) en el paquete resultante, caracterizada por unos engranajes cónicos (6) por medio de los cuales el segundo dispositivo provoca un movimiento alternativo del par de terceros dispositivos opuestos (7), de tal modo que una acción combinada de los terceros dispositivos (7) opuestos, forma los pliegues laterales (7¿) en la parte inferior y en la parte superior del paquete resultante.

Claims (5)

1. Máquina empaquetadora provista de un elemento tubular formador vertical para la formación de paquetes, comprendiendo dicha máquina un primer dispositivo (4) para el sellado vertical, un segundo dispositivo (5) para el sellado en caliente transversal, y un primer árbol (1) provisto de dos excéntricas (2, 3) que obtienen un movimiento alternativo del primer dispositivo (4) y un movimiento alternativo del segundo dispositivo (5), comprendiendo además dicha máquina un par de terceros dispositivos (7) opuestos para la formación de unos pliegues laterales (7') en el paquete resultante, caracterizada por unos engranajes cónicos (6) por medio de los cuales el segundo dispositivo provoca un movimiento alternativo del par de terceros dispositivos (7) opuestos, de tal modo que una acción combinada de los terceros dispositivos (7) opuestos forme los pliegues laterales (7') en la parte inferior y en la parte superior del paquete resultante.
2. Máquina empaquetadora según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque los terceros dispositivos (7) opuestos son empujadores laterales opuestos.
3. Máquina empaquetadora según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada por un segundo árbol (8) unido de modo operativo a un primer elemento (5a) del segundo dispositivo (5), siendo dicho segundo árbol (8) accionado por una de dichas excéntricas (3).
4. Máquina empaquetadora según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque el segundo árbol (8) impulsa dichos engranajes cónicos (6).
5. Máquina empaquetadora según la reivindicación 4, caracterizada por un tercer árbol (9) unido de modo operativo a un segundo elemento (5b) del segundo dispositivo (5), en la que el tercer árbol (9) no impulsa dichos engranajes cónicos (6).
