Abstract

Procedimiento para reducir la carga contaminante de los purines. La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para reducir la carga contaminante de los purines caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: (a) biodigestión anaerobia del purín; (b) separación de la materia sólida del purín biodigerido obtenido en la etapa (a); y (c) destilación del purín líquido clarificado obtenido en la etapa (b), para obtener un purín líquido final con menor carga contaminante. Asimismo, la presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para reducir la carga contaminante de los purines caracterizado porque, tras las etapas (a) y (b), una porción del purín líquido clarificado se somete a un proceso de secado que comprende las siguientes etapas: (d) fijación del amoniaco del purín líquido clarificado por acidificación; (e) concentración del purín líquido clarificado y acidificado, obteniendo un jarabe; y (f) secado del jarabe hasta obtener un polvo con humedad generalmente comprendida entreel 1 y el 20% en peso.
