Abstract

"MéTODO PARA REDUZIR A CARGA DE POLUENTES DE EFLUENTES DE ESTERCO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para reduzir a carga de poluentes de efluentes de esterco, o qual compreende as seguintes etapas: (a) a biodigestão anaeróbica do esterco; (b) a separação da matéria sólida do esterco biodigerido obtido na etapa (a); e (c) a destilação do esterco líquido clarificado obtido na etapa (b), para obter um esterco líquido final com uma carga mais baixa de poluente; utilizando o biogás produzido na biodigestão da etapa (a) em uma unidade de co-geração para preencher os requisitos de energia térmica e elétrica de todas as etapas e da própria co-geração. A invenção também se refere a um método para reduzir a carga de poluente de efluentes de esterco, o qual combina o método precedente com um método de evaporação e secagem, utilizando esse biogás em uma unidade de co-geração suplementado por um combustível fóssil para preencher os requisitos de energia de todas as etapas e da própria cogeração.
