Abstract

El bollo, con una configuración anular, está obtenido a partir de una masa, en la que colaboran un producto base, en el que participan harinas cereales, azúcares, mejorantes y sal, y, conjuntamente con dicha base, harina fuerte, agua, levadura y opcionalmente aditivos vegetales o derivados lácteos, tales como queso. La base, la harina fuerte, el agua y la levadura participan siempre en el bollo, mientras que los aditivos son variables en función del aroma o sabor previsto para el mismo, citándose entre otras variantes bollo vegetariano, bollo banana, bollo de amapola, bollo de chocolate, bollo de queso u otros.
