Abstract

Dispositivo integrado para inyectar oxígeno, gases que contienen oxígeno, gases tecnológicos y material sólido en polvo, en un horno que se utiliza en los procesos de fusión metalúrgica y de acero para formar un baño de metal líquido, que comprende un cuerpo (12) que se puede montar fijo en una abertura realizada en la pared del horno, un elemento de emisión (23) alojado en el extremo de dicho cuerpo (12), elemento de emisión (23) que comprende una boca de salida (11) dispuesta, en la posición de trabajo, a cierta distancia del nivel superior del baño de líquido, teniendo dicho elemento de emisión (23) tiene un eje longitudinal (17) y el citado cuerpo una cáscara contenedora exterior (15), en cuyo interior se han definido unos canales de circulación (16) para un fluido de enfriamiento, con una parte interior de dicho elemento de emisión (23) configurada como una doble tobera, respectivamente una primera tobera interior (13) y una segunda tobera (14), segunda tobera que se encuentra en formade anillo en el exterior de dicha primera tobera (13) y prácticamente coaxial con dicha primera tobera, teniendo la primera tobera (13) una primera sección terminal y una conformación convergente / divergente definida por un cuello (20) situado en una posición aguas arriba de la primera sección terminal (21) y predispuesta para la emisión de un chorro de gas a velocidad supersónica, teniendo la segunda citada tobera (14) una sección terminal (22), y la sección terminal (22) una conformación convergente hacia el eje longitudinal (17) del elemento de emisión (23) y pre-dispuesta para la emisión de un chorro, a velocidad subsónica, que puede crear un anillo protector alrededor del chorro supersónico central, con el objeto de mantener la coherencia y el paralelismo de los hilos de fluido del mismo.
