Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar cuerpos de moldeo compactos o celulares, semiduros, basados en poliuretano,mediante la reacción de a) poliisocianatos orgánicos y/o orgánicos modificados con b) uno o varios compuestos polihidroxílicos de peso molecular superior, c) agentes alargadores de cadena y/o reticulantes, d) aceleradores de reacción o catalizadores, e) una mezcla de principios activos de un derivado de carbodiimida y un derivado de lactona, así como f) dado el caso, con otros coadyuvantes y aditivos, caracterizado porque el componente a) y/o b) contiene un componente de ésterpoliol hidrolíticamente disociable, y la adición de la combinación de principios activos e) a la mezcla de reacción se realiza a entre 0,5 a 20,0% en peso, preferentemente entre 0,8 y 10,0% en peso en el caso de la lactona seleccionada, y entre 0,2 y 4,0% en peso, preferentemente entre 0,5 y 2,5% en peso en el caso del derivado seleccionado que contiene grupos carbodiimida.
