Abstract
Método y aparato de evaluación de pieza de forma cilíndrica. Objeto: Proporcionar un método de evaluación y un aparato de evaluación para una pieza de forma cilíndrica designada por una forma desarrollada en un plano bidimensional. Medios de solución: Unos datos de forma bidimensional de referencia se designan sustancialmente a partir de un disco duro 5 que contiene múltiples datos de forma bidimensional de referencia basados en una forma bidimensional visualizada en un plano bidimensional donde se desarrolla una superficie curvada de una pieza de forma cilíndrica de referencia, y una pieza de forma cilíndrica de referencia que tiene una superficie curvada con una forma bidimensional correspondiente a los datos leídos de forma bidimensional de referencia es convertida por un convertidor 1-2 en una forma superficial de la pieza de forma cilíndrica de referencia. Por otra parte, se mide una forma superficial de una pieza de forma cilíndrica objeto de la evaluación, y se obtiene la distancia entre un punto de medición en la medición y un punto en la forma superficial de la pieza de forma cilíndrica de referencia correspondiente al punto de medición con una calculadora 1-3. La distancia obtenida por la calculadora 1-3 se visualiza por solapamiento por un error en la forma bidimensional correspondiente a los datos de forma bidimensional de referencia leídos del disco duro 5, bajo el control de un controlador de visualización 1-4. La pieza de forma cilíndrica objeto de evaluación se evalúa en base a la visualización bidimensional donde el error se visualiza por solapamiento.
