Abstract

Quemador de plasma con un emisor de microondas (23), un conductor de ondas hueco (11; 31) para las microondas emitidas y un conductor coaxial (2), en el cual se encuentran esencialmente en disposición axial un electrodo (13) provisto de un paso (14) y una boquilla (22) montada sobre el extremo del paso (14) opuesta al conductor hueco (1;31) del paso, con lo cual en la boquilla (22) se produce una nube de plasma (25), orientada hacia un recipiente (12), caracterizado por el hecho de que el electrodo (13) en el lado del conductor hueco está unido con un elemento intermedio (7) para formar una unidad estanca al gas, aislante eléctrica y térmicamente, permitiendo la transmisión de microondas y, este elemento intermedio (7) estando dotado como el electrodo (13) de un paso axial (14) está dispuesto dentro de un soporte en forma de disco (6), que está fijado dentro de una pieza de acoplamiento (3; 37, 38) que une un conductor hueco (1; 31) y el conductor coaxial (2).
