Abstract

Procedimiento para la eliminación de un desequilibrio en una pieza (1) de trabajo rotativa, en particular una llanta de aluminio de un vehículo de motor, en el que la pieza (1) de trabajo, durante la mecanización por torneado sobre un husillo (7) rotativo de un torno, está sujeta con uno o varios platos universales (2, 4) de sujeción sobre el husillo (7), y el desequilibrio de la pieza (1) de trabajo aún sujeta sobre el husillo (7) se calcula y almacena de acuerdo con la magnitud y la posición angular, y para la eliminación del desequilibrio se extrae una zona (9) de material de la pieza (1) de trabajo, caracterizado porque sucesivamente: - después de la comprobación y almacenamiento del desequilibrio de la pieza (1) de trabajo sujeta sobre el husillo (7), la pieza (1) de trabajo se sujeta firmemente mediante un dispositivo (5) de soporte, - el o los platos (2, 4) universales de sujeción son aflojados, - la pieza (1) de trabajo, con ayuda del dispositivo (5) de soporte, se desplaza del eje(8) de rotación del husillo (7) en la magnitud (X) antes calculada o en una magnitud constante, - la pieza (1) de trabajo se sujeta en la nueva posición con excentricidad sobre el mismo husillo (7), - el dispositivo (5) de soporte se afloja y - para la eliminación del desequilibrio se extrae por torneado o de otro modo una zona (9) de material con forma de media luna de la pieza (1) de trabajo.
