Abstract

Procedimiento para la inmovilización de un ligando sobre un soporte. El procedimiento, en el que (i) al menos uno de dichos ligando o soporte contiene, al menos, un grupo carbonilo alfa-beta insaturado conjugado con, al menos, un anillo aromático, y (ii) el otro de dichos ligando o soporte contiene, al menos, un doble enlace, comprende irradiar con luz visible o ultravioleta una mezcla formada por dichos ligando y soporte para generar un anillo de ciclobutano, a partir de los dobles enlaces presentes en dichos ligando y soporte, mediante una reacción de cicloadición fotoquímica 2 + 2, con lo que dicho ligando queda inmovilizado sobre dicho soporte. De utilidad para inmovilizar sustratos, reactivos, catalizadores, enzimas aditivos, fármacos o microorganismos en sustratos poliméricos.
