Abstract
Un chicle o caramelo blando y método para su obtención, que consiste en elaborar un cordón continuo, en forma de canal, de un producto compuesto por chicle o caramelo blando, que en su interior tiene depositada una lámina constituida por un producto líquido que gelifica en un reducido espacio de tiempo. El método utilizado permite obtener unidades individualizadas seccionando dicho cordón compuesto. En cada una de estas unidades es perfectamente visible la lámina de producto gelificado, por quedar en la superficie del chicle, anclando éste lateralmente la lámina de gel y evitando así que ésta se separe fácilmente.
