Abstract
Elaboración de una tarta de almendra, que tiene una composición a base de almendra molida, azúcar, margarina vegetal, harina de trigo y jarabe de glucosa con una relación cuantitativa y cualitativa original que, mezclados convenientemente, se introducen en correspondientes moldes circulares, cociéndose al horno y finalmente espolvoreándose la superficie con azúcar glaseado, vaciándose mediante plantilla un símbolo u ornamentación y envasándose.
