Abstract

Dispositivo (1) para la inactivación automatizada por láser asistida por cromóforo (CALI = Chromophore-Assisted Laser Inactivation), con un dispositivo (2) láser para la irradiación de muestras mediante un rayo (3) láser para la identificación de la función de moléculas biológicas, con una instalación (4) de control, con al menos un porta-muestras (5), en donde por medio de un accionamiento del dispositivo (2) láser y/o del porta-muestras (5) se puede producir un movimiento relativo en al menos dos direcciones entre el rayo (3) láser y el porta-muestras (5) de tal manera que las muestras se puedan irradiar/barrer con el rayo (3) láser, y con un medidor (7) de potencia para la determinación de la potencia emitida por el dispositivo (2) láser y para el control/regulación en dependencia de las muestras, en donde el rayo (3) láser, por medio de un dispositivo (6, 9) de modificación del rayo, se puede adecuar en su forma y/o potencia y/o intensidad al tamaño de la muestra y/o el tipo de muestray/o el número de muestras, y la instalación (4) de control está configurada de tal manera que el dispositivo (2) láser y su accionamiento y/o el accionamiento del porta-muestras (5) y el dispositivo (6, 9) de modificación del rayo se pueden controlar de forma centralizada por medio de dicha instalación (4) de control mediante un software (4.1) del sistema.
