Abstract

La invención se refiere a nuevas técnicas de ensayo de inmunodetección desarrolladas con eficiencia y sensibilidad mejoradas mediante la identificación de los factores de interferencia. Esta técnica consiste en una incubación simultánea, de uno o más trazadores, alguno de los cuales se utiliza en primer lugar para detectar analitos, y los otros para detectar sustancias interferentes que se originan en la muestra. Las relaciones matemáticas entre los trazadores permiten hacer correcciones que permiten hacer determinaciones más precisas y sensitivas de la presencia y concentración del analito.
