Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un catalizador de soporte mediante la impregnación del soporte con una solución básica y con una solución con contenido en sales de paladio; en este caso, la impregnación se lleva a efecto simultáneamente con otras operaciones o después de las mismas, con o sin un secado intermedio; mediante un lavado del soporte para eliminar las partes proporcionales de cloruro que, dado el caso, pudieran existir; por la reducción de las combinaciones insolubles precipitadas sobre el soporte, antes o después del lavado; por un secado de la fase previa de catalizador obtenida de este modo; así como mediante una impregnación con combinaciones alcalinas, que - bajo las condiciones de la reacción durante la producción de los monómeros de vinilacetato - son transformadas, total o parcialmente, en acetatos de álcali; en este caso, el soporte es impregnado - simultáneamente con la impregnación con los metales nobles o bien en un tratamiento posterior - con una o con varias combinaciones de hafnio, es secado a una tempera de < 160 grados C. para a continuación no ser calcinado.
