Abstract
Procedimiento para determinar la situación y la posición de giro de un objeto (1) en el espacio tridimensional, utilizando una cabeza óptica de medición (9, 9a, 9b, 9c) con una óptica de reproducción (5), con un detector optoelectrónico (7) con resolución local en dos dimensiones y con un dispositivo de valoración (8), de manera que la parte del objeto (1), que se encuentra en el campo de visibilidad de la óptica de reproducción (5) se reproduce en el detector (7) y es detectado en el mismo, y la información gráfica detectada es conducida hasta el dispositivo de valoración (8), caracterizado porque en el dispositivo de valoración (8) se calcula la posición y el desarrollo de las estructuras del objeto reproducidas (2a; 2b) en el detector (7), por lo menos de una parte del objeto (1) reproducido en el detector (7), y a partir de la dependencia local de la escala de reproducción y de la distorsión de las estructuras (2a; 2b) del objeto reproducidas en el detector (7), junto con las propiedades de reproducción de la óptica de reproducción (5), se determinan la situación en el espacio y la posición de giro del objeto (1), descritas por los parámetros de la posición, calculándose los parámetros de la posición con ayuda de ecuaciones geométricas de vectores a partir de las estructuras (2a; 2b) del objeto reproducidas, y/o los parámetros de la posición son modificados con ayuda de procedimientos matemáticos de optimización, de manera que la imagen del detector calculada a partir de dichos datos coincide de forma óptima o bien por lo menos suficientemente buena con la información en imagen detectada sobre el objeto (1).
