Abstract
Procedimiento de perforación de una napa no tejida (N) de fibras o filamentos, según el cual se dispone dicha napa (N) en contacto con un cilindro (2) perforado, y se realiza por lo menos una perforación en la napa (N) por medio de por lo menos un órgano de perforación (9) que es arrastrado simultáneamente en traslación y en rotación sobre sí mismo, caracterizado por una parte porque se fija previamente sobre el cilindro (2) perforado al menos una pieza de inserto (8), que comprende en un extremo una superficie plana (S), y provista de una cavidad (8b) que desemboca en la citada superficie plana (S), y que presenta una arista viva (8g) formada por la intersección de la superficie interna (8f) de dicha cavidad (8b) con la citada superficie plana (S), y por otra parte, porque se obtiene una perforación en la napa no tejida (N) recortando una porción (P) de la napa no tejida (N) por cizallado de las fibras o filamentos de la napa no tejida (N), entre la arista viva (8g) de dicho inserto (8) yun órgano de perforación (9) arrastrado simultáneamente en traslación y en rotación sobre sí mismo.
