Abstract

Método de obtención de características físicas y/o químicas de un medio biológico, que comprende someter dicho medio a, al menos, dos corrientes Ii de intensidad y frecuencia fi diferente, mediante un primer grupo de electrodos, medir mediante un segundo grupo de electrodos la caída de tensión Ui en dicho medio, colocando un primer elemento del primer grupo de electrodos y un segundo elemento del segundo grupo de electrodos en una primera zona de dicho medio, y colocando un tercer elemento del primer grupo de electrodos y un cuarto elemento del segundo grupo de electrodos en una segunda zona de dicho medio. Se calculan valores de impedancia eléctrica Zi a las, al menos, dos frecuencias fi aplicadas y se ajustan a la curva: **FIGURA** siendo Ro y RY las resistencias que presenta dicho medio en corriente continua y a muy alta frecuencia, respectivamente, fc la frecuencia a la que se produce el máximo de la parte imaginaria y a un parámetro relacionado con el tipo de tejido del medio biológicomedido.
