Abstract
Procedimiento de moldeo de piezas de un metal o de una mezcla de metales muy reactiva, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas siguientes: colocar en un recinto bajo vacío (15) un crisol frío (1) de calentamiento por inducción que contiene dicho metal o dicha mezcla y cuyo fondo comprende el tapón amovible sectorizado (6), estando este crisol conformado para asegurar la puesta en levitación de dicho metal o mezcla en estado fundido; disponer en el recinto, bajo el crisol frío, un molde (20) susceptible de ser arrastrado en rotación alrededor de un eje vertical (30); disponer en el exterior del recinto y a la altura del crisol y en particular del fondo del crisol un arrollamiento (13) de calentamiento por inducción; excitar el arrollamiento (13) para fundir dicho metal o dicha mezcla, ponerlo en levitación y sobrecalentarlo por lo menos 50°C por encima de su punto de fusión; y abrir el tapón (6) para que cese la levitación y que dicho metal o dicha mezcla fundida sobrecalentada fluya en elmolde en rotación y llene sus cavidades.
