Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de [15O] butanol en el que una columna que contiene un agente de adsorción se carga con tri-n-butil borano, a través de la columna se conduce un gas que contiene [15O]O2, el producto de la reacción se hidroliza, se purifica el [15O] butanol producido en ello y la solución que contiene el [15O] butanol purificado se lleva a un recipiente, caracterizado porque están fijadas un gran número de columnas que contienen el agente de adsorción a un elemento intercambiable y la carga con tri-n-butil borano se realiza en columnas fijadas al elemento.
