Abstract

"Separador magnético de cuerpos metálicos no ferromagnéticos". Comprende una cinta transportadora (2) entre un rodillo tractor (5) y un rodillo conducido (6), y un campo magnético variable, dispuesto en la zona final de la cinta, creado por múltiples polos (7) constituidos por imanes permanentes o electroimanes y dispuestos en un tambor rotativo (8) interior al rodillo conducido (6) distribuidos radialmente respecto del eje de rotación (9) del tambor, el cual gira a una velocidad de rotación (j) sensiblemente superior a la velocidad de rotación (w) del rodillo adyacente. Comprende además unos medios de guiado, que producen el cambio de inclinación de la cinta transportadora, determinando en el recorrido superior de ésta un primer tramo (10) sensiblemente horizontal y un segundo tramo final descendente (11), que forma un determinado ángulo (a) con la horizontal. Es particularmente aplicable para la tría con alta selectividad de residuos metálicos no ferromagnéticos, impulsando los cuerpos hacia delante según trayectorias netamente distintas según sus características dimensionales y de conductividad.
