Abstract
Procedimiento para la producción de biosorbentes por fosforilación de materiales que contienen celulosa con ácido fosfórico o fosfatos de amonio en presencia de urea, siendo calentada la mezcla de reacción a la necesaria temperatura de reacción y enfriada a la temperatura normal después de haberse terminado el período de tiempo de reacción y siendo separadas luego las impurezas por lavado, caracterizado porque la fosforilación se lleva a cabo de acuerdo con las siguientes etapas del procedimiento: a) activación del material que contiene celulosa, ajustando a éste a un contenido de humedad de 30 a 60 % y manteniendo este contenido durante un período de tiempo de por lo menos una hora, b) adición del agente de fosforilación en una cantidad de 6 a 12 moles por cada kg de material anhidro que contiene celulosa, c) adición de urea en una relación en moles con el agente de fosforilación de 2, 5:1 a 4, 5:1, d) mezclamiento de los componentes urea y agente de fosforilación con el material activadoque contiene celulosa, hasta tanto que los componentes se hayan distribuido uniformemente, e) evaporación de la humedad contenida en la mezcla formada según las etapas a) hasta d) del procedimiento por calentamiento de la mezcla a una temperatura de 60 a 100°C con simultánea aplicación de un vacío, f) realización de una fosforilación y una carbamidación por calentamiento de la mezcla a una temperatura de 125 a 145°C con simultánea aplicación de un vacío y mantenimiento de un período de tiempo de reacción de una a cuatro horas y
